This is a Minoo City branch of a large fancy Japanese food restaurant chain. The location is right on National Highway 171 in the heart of the city of Minoo. Its parking is on the ground level and there is an elevator between there and the restaurant floor.Four of us had lunch during the early May long weekend. Though every table was quickly occupied, since each table is spacious and spacing is generous, we never felt it was awfully crowded.We chose one of the four recommended lunch selections (ranging between JPY2,000 and JPY3,000 without drinks). I’d give both the presentation and food quality a B to a B+. You cannot expect anything better than that for the prices at Kisoji Restaurant.Their service quality is in the area of B to B minus. On weekends and national holidays, reservation is highly recommended.Kisoji Japanese Restaurant in Minoo is one of more than one hundred restaurants of the same name in Japan.

551 is famous for its dumplings for take out. But here at Osaka airport you can also eat-in. The set menus for lunch are about $12. Since everything is generally expensive at airport, this price is fairly acceptable, although the dining room is not spacious and crowded.

Ippudo is probably the best meal I had whilst in Japan. Go to Ippudo only if you are craving for ramen. Top it up into a set and one would receive a delicious and complete meal that comes with gyoza. The broth is the most important element in a ramen. In this case, I like the broth so much that I had to slurp the broth directly from the bowl.
