The population was 25,191 at the 2010 census. A Middle River Train Station first appears on the 1877 G.M. Hopkins & Co Baltimore County Map and by 1898 has a designated Post Office and modest street grid. The town expanded during the 1930s and 1940s and established the "Aero Acres" housing community which borders the railroad tracks and Martin Blvd. to serve as housing for people working at the Martin Aerospace Company.

A co-worker of my husband's overheard him talking about a favorite Chinese restaurant of his and suggested he check this place out so when we were in the area this afternoon grocery shopping we stopped by for lunch. Although I was a little disappointed that they don't offer the lunch specials on Sunday hubby and I ended up sharing a combination meal that was more than enough for the both of us. When you are first seated they bring you a pot of delicious hot tea which hubby and I completely emptied and they also bring a bowl of Crispy Wonton Strips to snack on. We ordered the Shrimp Toast and the Shrimp in Garlic Sauce Appetizer which came with Wonton Soup, 1 Egg Roll, Pork Fried Rice and dessert. First off I just have to say that I have been eating Chinese food for well over 45 years and I have never seen Shrimp Toast this large, and it was delicious. The main meal was just as yummy although I would have liked for the shrimp in the dish to have more flavor and there truly was so much food that I cannot imagine being able to ever eat that by myself. The service is spot on, lots of parking and even without the lunch specials the prices are very fair. We will definitely be back for sure.

I stopped at this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon after church had let out. The place was a bit busy, I decided to order a take out. This restaurant has ready food to order, you just tell them what you want and they are prices as combo just like at the mall Chinese restaurant. Except that you can also order that are not displayed. The food on display looked delicious and probably authentic Filipino food. I ordered chicken pancit, they gave me a very generous portion. The chicken in the pancit was roasted and tasted delicious. I also ordered lumpia for my husband which he told me was delicious. The restaurant is about 45 minutes from where I live, but will probably make a trip in the future if I want to eat authentic Filipino food.

Edorrito Asia Bistro is cool. You can order a sushi burrito which is pretty hip right now and attracts a lot of young people. They also have bowls which are essentially like stir-fry or lo mein. Whichever option you chose to order, you can select to build your own. You place your own order on a little computer so everything is really customizable. I would recommend Edorrito and I will be visiting again.

My wife and son love coming here, but I am not a fan on this location (either). I tried again today and same as the last time. The noodles were not hot the portions are disproportionate. The kids meal had the same amount of orange chicken as the the bowl for $1 cheaper with a drink and a cookie added. The bowl had lots of rice and little meat. The chicken was a lot of batter and cooked hard. Still not impressed with this place. Kitchen staff seem to always be different. Revolving door I guess.
