Have not seen this before where beer & wine is included in the fixed price. I tried different make to order food stations (meat, fish) and ready to pick stations. You can enjoy a tasty dinner. Enough choice for everyone. Make to order is swift, just be patience for a few minutes. Sushi is not too bad. Just don't be too picky. Had some sweets as dessert as well. Together with the acceptable white wine you get good price/quality ratio. Parking is free.

Kippie is a great little shop which sells mainly chicken, hence the name which derives from the Dutch word "kip" meaning chicken. They have a selection of sandwiches, roasted chicken, differently cooked wings, several noodle dishes such as bami goreng and others. An example of the price is 200g of hot wings for 5 euros or so which is a pretty good deal. I honestly love the food at this place.

Between average and very good I'll let the balance swing to very good due to the quality of the food. At the start we received a tablet without any explanation. Everything needs to be ordered through the tablet, also the drinks. It's pretty straightforward but a bit of explanation with maybe first round of drinks would have been nice. They have the same concept as other all you can eat Japanese restaurants and you order different dishes in sequential rounds. The dishes were well prepared generally with fresh materials. Throughout the evening all but one of the dishes were served correctly. The desert dishes are nothing special. Service was generally prompt and not overly friendly. Beware some of the dishes cost extra on top of the fixed menu price.
