I love sushi and was pleasantly surprised to find this place. There are some other choices available but we set up at the bar and had a terrific meal. Besides the normal fare one would expect, the sushi special rolls are really creative and deserve some attention.Service was terrific.

My husband and I are both well traveled and always enjoy eating new foods from different cultures. We have lived here for 2 years and haven't found a very big selection, it is a small town. Aie's always has great food, you can have it tailored to your personal spice level and there's a "make me anything" option on the menu that is fun, but be prepared to get a lot of food if you go that route. We are fans of the red and yellow curry, pineapple fried rice, pho or Vietnamese noodle soup is what the menu reads, coconut soup and the sweet and sour chicken is not what you expect! Staff is great, very attentive and genuinely like to share the experience with you. We have had the cook come out of the kitchen before to offer us a taste of a new dessert or future menu item. We love this place and big flavor in a small town is the best description i could give it, all the flavor and culture with a family feel and small town welcome.

This is a typical Chinese buffet that also has sushi. Some of the selections were good and hot, but others were dry and old. I enjoyed the sushi.
