You build your meal and they cook it for you. It is fun to watch and fun to select what will be on your plate to eat. They keep the food line clean and if you have a question they will help you.
What a pleasant place to eat. We always search out local owned places. No chain restaurants! The inside is colorful and cheerful. The waitress is very nice and personable and treated her frequent customers like family. The breakfast was good as were the prices. We will try lunch next time we are in the area. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.
we love the almond pressed duck w/ sweet/sour sauce - hard to find on Cantonese menus nowadays! brandy fried chicken is another favorite, as is Peking spare ribs, West lake beef soup. service can be slow when they're slammed with a lot of takeout business, but the staff do their best. very reasonable prices, large portions
If you live in the area you know about the Phooj Ywg Lee Market. It isn't the prettiest looking store, but if you really want awesome Thai dishes you may want to stop on by eat lunch and shop for Asian groceries on our way out. It could be the place you want to bring a fist date especially if they want a Pad Thai spiced any level you want, delicious spring rolls, Som Tum, fried rice and much more. (That may be a stretch, you should wait until your third or forth date because they will get hooked on the menu items.) Did I forget to mention the Beef Laab or curry dishes? Yum yum or should I say Tom Yum! Anyway, the older lady, young man and lady that do the cooking are very quick with your orders and the usually have a very generous portions to boot! Depending on what time you get there, there is usually always room to sit and eat your meal. The personalized service they have for being a small store /restaurant draws you to come back as well. if you order your food and walk around the store to look at the wonders of Asian groceries and other items, they bring your order to the front counter so you can pay for everything at the same time. One last item, it you are a fan of KP and don't like the long commute to Rancho like me, this is a very doable option to eat and shop for most of your Asian food needs. If you like spicy Thai dishes, this is also your place for a one stop shop to curb the cravings. Take care and until next review bon appetit
Where to eat Spanish food in Marysville: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I've tried many things on the menu and everything is delicious! Pad Thai, drunken noodles and all the curries are very good. I like a little spice, so I tell them mild and it is perfect. This is my favorite place for takeout in Marysville and I definitely recommend it!

I wish this restaurant was more convenient, I'd be able to go more often. Passing through Yuba City at dinner time we tried this place for something beyond typical American fare.Reviews sounded OK.My friend & I each ordered an entree & we split a small bowl of soup (16oz). The waiter was helpful in helping us make our selections. My friend ordered Cashew Nut which is several vegetables & cashew nuts, I ordered Pad Khing which is vegetables and peanut sauce. We added pork to one dish & chicken to the other. My friend is sensitive to spice so we ordered "zero" on the heat scale & I added spice from the hot spice selection. Food was great, the peanut sauce was very flavorful & refined, something for the chef to be proud of.We had a Thai beer to complement the dinner. We were both very pleased with the dinner, service, and ambiance. They also have a Nevada City location which is a little closer so I can go back without going so far.

Full service Chinese food restaurant.
Another of my wife's places to eat. The prices are reasonable and the food is OK but not great.

The restaurant had an old time feeling with plastic over the table clothes and the family children playing at the back table. Obviously family run with pleasant and quick service. Food was decent if not overwhelming. Seemed fresh and was certainly tasty.
