We are an outdoor dining establishment close to many popular outdoor restaurants on the main esplanade in Coolum Beach. This is our 14th year of serving locals and tourists delicious Thai food. We have undercover seating beside a garden area and in Winter,
Coolum Thai Spice is ticking all of the boxes. Perfectly located right on Coolum's main Esplanade. The food is fresh, tastes amazing and the serving sizes are generous and the price is right too. What more could you ask for? We started buying this food after the other Thai restaurant closed down some time ago, and we are certainly glad we made the change. Friendly helpful staff too. A must visit when in Coolum Beach. Will definitely visit again.Hello Noi-Pip,Many thanks for your great review and we certainly are so pleased you loved our meals. We look forward to meeting you again.

Great food, BYO wine, nice staff. Blankets provided in the colder months. Can be a little squashy if it's busy as tables are quite close together but other than that a really nice place to dine out for good value, tasty Thai.

Weâre Junk Maroochydore. Weâre Asian street food, Junk-style. Junk pays homage to several asian influences including Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian and Chinese. We focus on creating fuss-free food with locally sourced ingredients thatâs best enjoyed as a sha
I took mum and dad for dinner here because theyâd been before and liked it. Menu is Asian street food and you sit on low tables and chairs/stools like you would in a Thai or Vietnamese laneway restaurant.I didnât know it at the time but this is part of a chain of Junk restaurants in Queensland. The food and service was good though itâs casual dining so you order at the counter and buy your drinks at the bar. The beef Massaman Curry I had was excellent and all dishes were reasonably priced. Iâd definitely return.Hi WorldTravla7Thanks for your kind words and 4 stars! Great to see the whole family enjoying their Junk Experience Junk Maroochydore has separate owners and is a stand alone restaurant - FYI.Once again thanks for your great review and see you again soon

Ginger Japanese Restaurant
There is a lot of ordinary food on the Sunshine Coast. I've been a business traveller here for a year and mostly I have eaten expensive ordinary food. This place is brilliant. The servings are massive but the food is fresh, nicely prepared and way above the average. The menu is typical japanese, noodles, sushi and meals served with rice and salad. There is a good list of Japanese beer and saki. The place has a nice atmosphere. It's not fine dining or a romantic place for two but it's a fantastic place for a family meal.

We love Thai food so dropped in here on our way home from the beach for some take away, late afternoon on a Sunday. Service was friendly but the food was sooo disappointing. When we got home and found that something as classic as Pad Thai could be so devoid of ingredients - tofu, sprouts, egg, and tasteless. We also ordered a chicken stir fry but had no vegetables except for the extensive use of onion. Must have forgotten to stock up on food that Sunday. Will never return. Disgraceful! Much better Thai places on the coast. In responce to your review of your recent take away meals of Pad thai and a chicken stiry fry.I can say emphatically that egg is the first ingredient that is added to the wok in the process of cooking a Pad thai we always add sprouts to every one also unless directed not to by the customer as with every other ingredient.I dont know what chicken stiry fry you ordered as you havnt stated we have over 20 on the menu. But your claim that there was only onion as a vegatable is very hard to believe as all our regular customers would protest to the fact we use a lot of fresh vegetables in all our stiry fry's.I think you have taken poetic licence in writing this review for your own satisfaction. If you were to call us i would have gladly given you a refund or replacement meal if you were less than satisfied without hesitation. But instead you prefer to trash us on line for a take away which was most likely in the container for 20 minutes before you returned home get real!We are a hard working restaurant stimulanting the local community and providing jobs. Not riping off cusomers.

We are the oldest Thai Restaurant on the Sunshine Coast and have been established since 1996. We moved onto the Coolum Beachfront 5 years ago into a bigger and better location and now offer great alfresco dining in a chilled out atmosphere opposite the be
Outside dining with a fabulous aspect, food is very fresh and reasonably priced table service quick and friendly. Perhaps the only small disappointment I had was, the Veg's in My Laska weren't quiet what you expect in an Asian dish ie Brocolli and large medelions of carrot, Asian greens are better.Overall though very good.

We went on a Thursday night and just got a table. It's a good idea to book. They also do takeaway. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free. The bao stuffed buns can be made using a cabbage leaf and are very yummy. We also had the calamari which is quite large for an entree, great to share. Mains were rendang and the tempura cauliflower with zucchini with a spicy sauce and then wok fried greens. Everything was tasty and very fresh. We ordered too much but we're so hungry after laying pavers all day and the food was so yummy we just couldn't stop. The staff are also very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Bao Down and will definitely be back.

We ordered a few different dishes and all had good fresh ingredients and plenty of meat and vegetables. The taste was authentic. This restaurant has been around for years and the decor is very old fashioned and could do with a good makeover. The young waitress was very attentive and friendly.

At Pumâs Kitchen you will often hear us say that we donât do anything special, we just cook for our family. When you purchase a meal from our restaurant, you become part of our family. What this means is that every one of our meals is prepared fresh every
Tucked away in the Big Top Shopping Centre is this little restaurant - Immediately a friendly man is wanting to help you. This place is suitable for lunch or a quick take away. Plenty of seating around to sit & enjoy your meal. The tasty meals & the prices will have you keep coming back for plenty more.. The menu is very limited but I'm sure there would be something there to suit every palate.. We are return customers..Reading reviews like this always makes our day, so happy you enjoyed your meal.
