Does as the sign explains, very decent curry in a hurry. Am bored of all the chain restaurants from South Africa and if I eat another pizza I think I'm going to cry. This place offers nice Indian food at very affordable prices, will definitely be going back.

I craved for curry and decided to give a try to Bombay lounge. Curry itself (CTM) was pretty decent although greasy. However my colleague ordered steak which resembled the old leather shoe sole and was absolutely not edible. Service is very slow, waiters are disinterested and seem to be picked up from the street without being given any training. Prices are way too high for what Bombay Lounge offers.

I can't say that I'm an expert on what is or isn't authentic Chinese food, but I've been to the restaurant in the past with friends who DID consider themselves well versed, and we have all appreciated the dishes at this restaurant. The service is generally timely, the food has always been tasty, and the price is just right for any group size.

We have been faithful customers of Dong Fang for many years, ever since the Wang family started this restaurant in a modest house in Lusaka's Longacres area. Now they have moved to purpose-built premises, with a large open-plan dining room downstairs, and quiet, smaller meeting rooms upstairs (for business or friend/family dining). On warm nights it's fun to eat out on the balcony upstairs, and watch the traffic go by. There is a bar and a little shop of Chinese goods, part of the main dining hall, also a water-feature that cools the place down in the hot season.Food is unfailingly and reliably good (evidenced by its popularity with Chinese customers), though service can be rather slow, and waitstaff not very helpful, attentive, or friendly. Seating is around 4-, 6-, or 8-person tables, with musac in the background. We usually order fried dumplings for starters, and one of the sizzlers for mains. Vegetarians have no trouble finding dishes to their liking, though I'm not sure about vegans. Portions are very generous and filling, and a doggy-bag is provided without complaint or surcharge (as nowadays happens in other eateries).

The menu is not very extensive, and they rarely have wine (always beer). But the prices are cheap, and the Korean BBQ is delicious. Umm, the chili pork belly. So that is definitely what I recommend there. Bim im bap is also okay. The two waiters are nice and friendly too.

Our family has been eating at this restaurant for as long as I can remember! I can't recommend this highly enough - yes it's in a slightly odd place but that makes it all the more interesting. Great Chinese food at very reasonable prices, lots of choice and generally just all around great.

The restaurant is around a quiet place. Suggested by Google Map, I ended up in the same location with a different restaurant name. The place does not look very nice from outside, maybe an old house converted to a restaurant. The food was good, beverage selection was limited. The chilli sauce was very tasty and I ended up asking for more.

We have not been to India but have had Indian food in North and Central America, east Asia and Europe. This was hands down the best.

Quick service, extensive menu, with vegetarian, beef, pork, chicken and seafood options in all categories. The Pad Thai is excellent. The starters of spring rolls are very large and come with what they should in Thai cuisine, a bowl of spicy syrup to dip in. Very good and recomended.
