we discovered Ichiban by accident in the hay market. I have rarely seen such a varied menu even in Richmond/Vancouver or our west coast. while I am not that adventuresome for some items the choices were amazing. Our food, more American/Chinese was very good.I had the walnut shrimp which was excellent, my wife a spicey(very)beef. Will definitely go back to try different meals. (not the pork intestine or duck tongue) there are ample choices for the American Chinese fan as well as the more adventuresome.

By far the best Chinese food in town. We get take out at least once a month often more. Staff is polite, the food comes out quickly with consistent in yumminess. Our favorites are Singapore rice noodle(mai fun), combination fried rice, sizzling beef, egg rolls, spring rolls, shrimp mu shu. Weâve been going to the original for around 5 years. In fact when I first tried to add this place to review it, the app wouldnât post it because I suppose they thought I worked there or something.!!!! Hah. Apparently Arenât alone in thinking itâs great food, theyâre doing well enough to have opened a more shi-shi location across town but the takeout isnât as good in our opinion so we stick with the original.

Finding a good place to eat while traveling through a new city can be challenging. after Driving around the outskirts of Lincoln NE and expecting to have to settle for fast food we drove by Issara and decided to give it a try. The lunch menu is not extensive but the food was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and the decor was modern with touches of original artwork. Some of the best Thai food I've had in the US. if I'm ever in Lincoln again I will definitely try to stop for a meal.

I saw the Pho Factory on Trip Advisor and we tried it. Absolutely wonderful! Fresh fresh fresh! Had the grilled shrimp spring rolls which were wonderful! Also the seafood pho and pork noodles. Both were generous portions and my pho was in a lovely beef broth full of shrimp calamari and fish. Really cheap, too! We would go back!

We love Hu-hot. I try to avoid this location. But because of the service. This is one of the smaller ones in the greater metro area. It's wedged next to Panera, crappy cheese right behind it. It is usually crowded, can have a long wait. The staff is really good, even if busy. Very polite, do a good job of cleaning and keeping the line stocked. If you have the time, hit the Pine Lake one during busy hours, especially Sunday lunch time.Yeah, we'll be back.....

A friend, had taken us to Asian Fusion tonight. The building is beautiful and the décoris lovely. He had made reservation for 6:30 and a very friendly hostess seated us atlarge booth. My husband and I both had the spring rolls and they were piping hot and very good.My husband ordered the beef kung pao. I had General Tso's chicken. Both were very good. Next time we come I will try the shrimp Kung pao. Our friend had the hot sour soup and it will be a must try too. It was loaded with mushrooms, tofu and seaweed. He ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce. The presentation was excellent. I should have taken a photo of the food.A large aquarium is on one wall. Tony, was our waiter. He provided very good service.I inquired how long he had been working. I was surprised that he had only been working at Asian Fusion for 15 days. He was very attentive. We will return.

Excellent sushi and a Mongolian Grill with a huge range of meats, seafood, vegetables and sauces. We went for lunch and had their excellent lunch specials and the food was, as always, enjoyed by everyone. We love Ginger because there is something for everyone and the food and service are excellent. We will be back!

Blue Orchid use to be one of my favorite restaurants in Lincoln, notice I said âuse toâ. Last night I went there with my boyfriend for his birthday. The atmosphere was less than to be desired. Far different than it use to be. The host looked like she was wearing pajamas and the bartender was in a stocking cap and sweats. This however was not the major problem. Our server was pleasant, slow service but a friendly disposition. We order a $40.00 bottle of wine which is pretty typical, weâre avid wine drinkers. We tasted it and didnât like it, the wine had turned or it was just a bad vintage. The server had poured our glasses after several visits up to the bar to receive help with opening it, also not a big deal you have to practice to get comfortable with opening wine bottles especially in front of others. I talked to the manager explaining our dislike for the bottle of wine and asked to order a different bottle instead. The bartender in his sweats and stocking cap came to our table this time to open it, he also struggled with opening the bottle. The second bottle was more expensive but much better and we enjoyed our dinner, ordered dessert and coffee. We tried to enjoy our evening despite the ultra casual/slobbish atomsphere the staff was creating. The manager however avoided us like the plague and all eye contact! I realized why once we received the bill. He charged us for both bottles of wine. Again we called him over to the table to address our concern for being charged for a bottle of wine we refused, isnât that the point of tasting it?! He told us âThatâs the risk you taking when ordering a bottle of wine.â My boyfriend then addressed the fact that him and the staff were now drinking it. He then agreed to give us 50% off the bottle we had four sips of. At this point we just wanted to leave! We had a very disappointing experience and especially disappointing when out celebrating a special occasion!! We paid our bill reluctantly and still tipped the server, trying to disregard her slow service. Then went to The Cellar for some good wine and much better service!!! We had to make the evening better after all we were celebrating a birthday!

I am on a work trip in Loncoln for a week, and I have already been at Hero88 twice. Both times the food was amazing, the first time I had sushi, the second time- tariyaki salmon. Service was great, choices were many. All in all, I have one more evening in Lincoln, I might just go a third time.
