This is one of those restaurants that exists in a strip mall that you really wouldn't think to visit. However, we have been going there for years and the good is consistently great. They recently got rid of Sunday hours which is a bummer (often went after church) so we will have go there on some Saturday when we are out shopping. My favorite dish is the Kung Pao Triple Delight which is probably one of my favorite Chinese dishes in Denver. Highly recommended and worth the visit but PLEASE bring back Sunday hours.

We read about this restaurant on a blog and are glad we found it. I was a bit awed that at 1030 on a Monday morning, the restaurant was already half-full and quickly filling up. Our favorites were the pan-fried leek dumplings. The carts came around at a reasonable pace. The servers seemed more willing to try to explain items than some other dim sum establishments I have visited in other cities. The one thing I lack confidence in is making special orders if things don't come around on the cart. Kind of like the secret menu for those in the know. I can tell from some of the pics posted on these reviews. I would have loved to have some meat items, like sliced duck. I also missed the Shanghai soup dumplings. I appreciated that they included vinegar and chili paste on the table, in addition to soy sauce. Get there early!

In one line, Itâs the best sushi ever. Anywhere. Just go for it. Now few tips - The place is always jam packed so better have a reservation or a great luck. Itâs the freshest sushi ever so go with an appetite. Itâs slightly on the expensive side- Beware !!! But totally completely worth it.

This has a warm neighborhood feel while providing the nicest choice selection around. The menu changes and presentation of your meal will surprise even the most particular diners. Each time I have visited there were seasonal selections from appetizer to desert!

Best restaurant of any kind I've eaten at in a long time. We had meals from the tandoori oven, sauce was perfect flavor and spiciness. Naan was great. Didn't want it to end!

I love Cholon...I have been there two different times now and both times the food has been excellent! The reason I titled my five star review though with a caveat, is because something happened both times while eating there, that was just so annoying. I felt it needed to be mentioned, however, I don't think the restaurant either cares or doesn't want to make the change because I have seen this mentioned before in other reviews. The staff although very kind and very attentive, are TOO ATTENTIVE, to the point of being intrusive, rude and making a diner feel rushed. It's too expensive of a restaurant to feel this way. You can barely take a sip of water without someone rushing to fill it back up again, about 20 people come by to clear off plates before one is even able to finish the food, and one cannot even have a conversation with their dinner guests, because of too many interruptions. It's ridiculous! By the time you finish your meal, which feels incredibly hurried, you leave thinking wow, all they are concerned with is turning the table over to make more money. I'm putting a three star below for service, because it's TOO MUCH SERVICE! I know many restaurants need MORE SERVICE, but please Cholon, your restaurant is too good to feel this way, and I hope you make the necessary changes so people can enjoy this wonderful place and cuisine!

I used Trip Advisor reviews to select Pho 95 for a delicious celebration of Lunar New Year after shopping at nearby Little Saigon in Denver. While there are a number of other choices nearby, I was pleased with the wide variety of pho, the beer/wine/cocktail selection, and inviting setting.
