This is a true hidden champion: Nothing fancy, just honest Japanese home style cooking. They also offer Okonomiyaki - not so easy to find in Germany. Super friendly and supportive service, authentic cuisine and delicious food at fair prices. Wonderful!

This restaurant was beautiful. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. The choice of food is very good. This is a buffet restaurant of the highest quality. Cooked to order included in buffet. Would highly recommend and this has been the highlight of our week for evening meals

We went to this restaurant with a visiting friend, as we all love sushi and since we had heard so much good about this place we really wanted to try it. Unfortunately the experience could not live up to our expectations. We had to wait about 45min until being served, which seemed extremely long. We also did not have the impression the service really cared about our well being and satisfaction - no effort of giving the guest a good feeling by as much as a welcoming smile. After I had almost finished my sushi - that are ok, but nothing special really - we noticed that I had in fact a menu that included a miso soup to start with - which has never been served. Since I am not a huge fan of miso soup anyway and therefore had not even noticed earlier, I planned on pointing it out to the waiter and asking if I could instead have a desert. When I did he looked surprised, told me he was sorry and asked me if I wanted to have my soup now. I explained my idea and he simply refused. No option of paying a difference or getting anything else, even cheaper. (I later learned I was not the first one in this uncomfortable situation.) Since I did not want to have the soup after the sushi I had to pay the menu entirely anyway and left without eating a desert. The entire evening - no smile from any of the staff, even though we really tried to get them to smile back at us. Alltogether I was super disappointed and wonder how with this kind of service and food that is only ok, they keep having a full restaurant. We went there partly for the good reviews on trip advisor but our experience showed us a different picture. So here we go and try correct the list of reviews a little with ours. We are not eager to return there anytime soon, hoping any of the staff read this and take it as a hint to rethink the service attitude, since right now there are quite some concurring restaurants doing a better job.

Sushi and Grill Restaurant Yuoki has a lovely Asian style decor. The lighting is nice and the staff is professional. It took a little longer than we wanted to put our drink order in but not an unacceptable wait. We did the taste 120/IPad ordering. My biggest disappointment was that some of the sushi was not as described.For example when we ordered California Rolls, there wasn't any sashimi. We ordered it two times to see if it was accidentally left out the first time but it was replaced with tuna in the second order too. The crab bites were not seasoned well either. We had several good dishes though and our evening was pleasant. Service was incredibly fast when we put in each order.

We went there on a hot August evening. The place has good atmosphere. Lights, decoration items including the laughing Buddha, Flowers and frames are all good. Staff is attentive and friendly, except a bit insensitive. Food tastes good. portions are satisfactory. Since I described one negative point about the staff, I must elaborate the background. Since it was very hot, we expected at least the single fan to be pointing towards the customers having their meals. Instead, the person in charge of the place was sitting with the fan pointing towards him and we were sweating profusely. Still they did not have any sensitivity towards that. That's the only negative point we found. Overall a good place.

Whilst on a business trip I thought Iâd try it due to the reviews. It was great food with very polite, welcoming and reliable service. The menu is in German however well worth visiting as the staff help you with the order.Thank you.Thank you so much! Maybe we should make an English version of our menu
