I like ramen restaurants that allow you to tailor the softness, amount of oil and saltiness you want from your ramen, this is one of them. Stopped by for lunch on the way to Osaka, very satisfied. The gyoza is a bit getting used to, the skin had egg mixed into the doll, so the color is yellowish, texture more chewy which I like, the filling though seemed to have corn starch added to the filling mix, tastes a bit soft and mushy, the only drawback.
