Yi Chan Restaurant, a new concept of asian restaurant in the center of Brussels (5min from the famous Grand Place) has the vision to offer to its guests a unique kind of experience. Between the daily Dim Sum made from fresh ingredients, the rethought Asia
I've been looking and asking around to everyone who knows about these things where I might find decent Chinese food, especially cantonese and dim/sum, in Brussels. I think I've tried all the asian restaurants in Brussels by now. I was losing hope. I recently went back to Yi Chan (I had been there a year ago and just had a soup and a cocktail) and had some dim sum and proper food, and it's actually quite good! Despite being a "Vietnamese" restaurant by name, the menu is mostly Chinese cuisine, and the dim sum is homemade and pretty good! The roast duck is also excellent.

I've sampled Vietnamese Pho (an authentic Vietnamese dish consisting of broth, vegetables, meat, and spice) at different places in Brussels and South-East Asia. Lotus Vert is one of my favorites restaurants in Brussels for Vietnamese Pho. Condiments are served on the side, so you can spice it up to your taste. The prices are typical for a central location in Brussels. A big bowl of Pho will set you back 12 EUR. It's pricey compared to what you would pay in South-East Asia, but then again this is Brussels and not Asia. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars: the 'big bowl' is relative and smaller in size than what you would be served at some other Vietnamese Brussels establishments. So if you're really hungry, you'll still have to order a side dish.

Freshy make new style of Asian Street Food. There are Dim sum, Snacks, rices, fried noodles and noodle soups for you to choose. Vegetarian and Vegen options are also avaliable.
This is a place where everyone can eat together. You choose your noodle, the style of seasoning, and your protein. I was traveling with a 5 other folks each with their own dietary needs. We loved going here because the meat eaters and the vegans could go to the same place and have a meal together.

Everything is said in the title... We booked through The Fork and got 40% off... So basically you'll eat for 6/8â¬... Given the size of the portions, this low price is only possible with very low quality food. And indeed, chicken Popcorn was very greasy, full of small chicken bones, burgers are just an overall disappointment... I think the good reviews exist because of the low price and big portions. So if you don't mind what you're eating, but like to eat a lot for cheap, you just found the place for you... Brussels restaurants are trial and error... This one was clearly an error for us.Best tomislavs11I have carefully read your evaluation of all the restaurants. You are a very tasteful person.Maybe a very famous person, or a food critic.Your comment reminds me of Gordon Ramsay or Anthony BourdainOnly those who have eaten the food will have a deep understanding of the food like you.We sincerely hope that you will get a higher rating next time.Heartfelt thanksBaogo
