Small but beautiful Thai Restaurant, genuine decor and unique display tables. Warm friendly atmosphere and most importantly the best fresh Thai food around.
Having never been to Surbiton before, my friend and I were unsure of where to dine. Being a lover of Thai food, I thought we would check out this restaurant and we were both impressed with the food. The papaya salad was delicious, as good as any I've eaten in Thsilsnd. It was a bit too spicy for my friend so the staff kindly packed up what was left of both portions, leaving me with a nice take away for the following day!!I had the Penang curry with chicken which was amazing and my friend had the red Thai curry which she really enjoyed. Great service from the staff, all food and drinks reasonably priced - I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Inspired by fast-paced japanese ramen bars, wagamama offers a range of fresh, healthy dishes including ramen, donburi, teppanyaki, curries, salads and juices. wagamama encourages guests to share in their enthusiasm, slurp on noodles, relax in good company
Iâm sad to write a review like this, as we are frequent diners here and normally love the food and the service. I have not had a bad experience before this. However, the restaurant had run out of both sides we wanted. We chose different sides to be told they didnât have either of those, which I donât think is great. Our mains came and they were nice. Our experience when paying is what really disappoints me. We did not wish to leave a tip, and having watched me press no to leaving a tip, our server proceeded to ignore us after we paid, no thank you or goodbye and just walked off. This is unacceptable and unfortunately because of this I think it will be a while before we decide to return. hi there, thank you for your review. we are very sorry to hear about your experience with us. please can you leave some more details here: http://bit.ly/2168NiD + someone will be in contact with you

Friday night meal at Thai Secret. Cool atmosphere - quite tightly packed but a nice feel. Food was tasty and generous portions. Was surprised by the prices - probably 20% more than I expected based on similar restaurants in the area. Service was friendly but very slow - having said that we did drop in without booking and they were busy, so I guess that is understandable.

Very tasty. Came in on a recommendation and glad we did - freshly prepared food in generous portions. Bit of a wait for service but worth it. Definitely recommend.

My eldest son who lives in the area took my wife & I for dinner at Monty's last Saturday (8th Dec) We hadn't reserved a table, but being there quite early about 7pm we were able to get a table with out a problem. The food & service was really good, plus the staff were friendly & efficient, The restaurant is bright & clean, but from the outside it looks like a ladies hair salon, giving it a cold atmosphere appearance which is soon over come when seated on comfortable chairs with the tables not to close to each other. Would certainly recommend & go there again as all three of us enjoyed our meal & chose different dishes.. . .

Been there for dinner with colleagues during biz trip. The restaurant is along the amazing Thames river, with wonderful view and dehors (that should be very nice during lunch)The restaurant is very nice, with relaxing wood and yellow colours. atmosphere is unformal. We took all different food from the menu à la carte with almost random choices, and we have been very satisfaied by the quality. Very nice also the Busaba beer: very aromatic and unusual. Bill was OK, good price/quality ratio.

Visited on rainy Saturday afternoon. Had some lovely dishes, tasty and good portions. Pau Bhaji, Kema Naan, Chicken Wings, Chilli Mogo and Samosa Chaat. The mogo was overcooked, the marinade was lovely though. Service was not bad, we didnât get asked for top up drinks or water. Could be improved on. The restaurant felt cold, could have done with heating cranked up as the place was only a third full. Would have given it 4/5 but the mogo (pretty easy to get right, service and cold restaurant were my reasons for 3). Weâd visit again so it canât be all bad.

Thank you for lovely party that you helped us with. It was great and everyone enjoyed the hospitality/food/drinks and all. Your staff is amazing and not sure magic you have done on them - all were doing the job as if it was their party and not just a job that they were doing - amazing motivated team that you have built. Food was great and cannot thank you for making this very special. You helped at every stage - getting DJ/Magician (which was a great hit), photographer and all. Thank you once again.
