As we were in the area for a 2 day meeting, a friend recommended this restaurant rather than the hotel (premier Inn). It was a 2 mile taxi ride (approx 6.50 each way) and boy was it worth it. I phoned to book a table and was a little surprised that they didn't answer with the restaurant name but got over that point and as it was a Tuesday evening it was relatively quiet. we arrived and were shown to our table and the waiter took our order. He was very friendly and as we weren't local he asked a few questions which was nice. i couldn't fault the food, it was nice and hot and plenty of it. We had a main each, shared a rice, naan and veg dish along with a couple of beers each and poppadoms and our bill came to approx £55 which isn't bad for a decent meal. I would go back again next time i'm in the area.

Today this is the 3rd visit to this wonderful Indian restaurant. I felt it was about time I gave them the great review the business deserves. The service is good & the food is freshly cooked & excellent. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable too. My husband & I both agree, the new owners have taken this restaurant to a new level. Congratulations!

My dear new or regular coustomer .my name is Ronny .my self or my staff are kings Lynn are over15 years. We have excperience for Indian food, drinks , and good rallieted Coustomer service. I am ststerd work kings Lynn 2001,and have work all of Indian reaus
The food here is very good but once shown to you table the service is quite slow. Once your drinks and food order is taken the drinks arrive quickly but the food is freshly made so expect a slight delay. The restaurant is clean and tidy and worth a stop off if you are in the town of Kings Lynn or if you are making a day by going to the cinima oppisite.

I booked a meal for 6 to celebrate the Chinese New Year. I had last eaten here about 10 months ago and returned as we considered the food tasty. When I arrived I noted a table for 4 had been pushed up to a table of 2. The table for 2 had a table cloth on, the table for 4 didn't. This didn't look particularly attractive. No attempt to set up the table to make it look inviting had been made. No candles either. This was a shame as I was the person whom had made a recommendation to eat here and there was no ambience, or care .The Prawn crackers were not Thai ones again this was disappointing, as we could eat ordinary Prawn crackers in any Chinese restaurant.Staff were very good. Welcoming and efficient and helpful. The meal was well paced with no pressure . Starters were good. However one starter which was prawn in a crisp wrap was very gritty like sand or fine grit in it. This wasn't just for one of the wraps but for each served. Nothing was said about it to staff at the time as the person didn't want to cause unease and an issue at the table. The main courses were all said to be very good. I and another person had the green curry which was lovely. Very very tasty sauce with the 'aniseedy' flavour coming through from Thai Basil. Please note that the restaurant uses lots of veg and less chicken than I've had at other ones. We were more than happy with this though. Other meals were the chicken pan nang and sweet and sour stir-fry which looked lovely and colourful.Considering one person had never eaten Thai food before they were really pleased with the flavours.Rice portions were on the small side. Usually a couple of us share to avoid waste but we really needed 1 per person. We followed with banana fritters in syrup which were lovely. Plenty of them too.A really tasty meal. The bathroom needed a good coat of paint to refresh it and new towels. In summary food is excellent but the setting needs more love and care. I don't think I would hold a special event here again unless there were changes in the environment , table clothes , candles etc. However for a place to just sit and eat cafe style then I would be happy.

We visited a month ago in the restaurant, and had an awesome meal so thought we would try the takeaway! I have never seen so much grease in my life! All 3 dishes were swimming in fat. It really ruined the meal and evening!

Finest Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine
Attended without booking, one lady and one busy man serving all the customers.Mix of Indian and Nepalese food on the menu, Draught beers and bottles. The mains were average, the rice was nice. The garlic and chilli nan had not a lot of garlic or chilli in it.Difficulty getting a vat receipt upon paying, different name on the receipt.Leads to issues with my accounts later.

After visiting with my friends countless times, I brought my partner last night for the first time and had another brilliant evening. Staff very kind, food top quality. My favourite Chinese restaurant by far.
