I made the mistake if ordering and waiting for my take out to be prepared. As I waited, I couldn't help but notice how filthy the place was--everything from windows to walls to floor to counter. I began to lose my appetite standing there and wondered why the city would license such a place that clearly seemed to be out of compliance in terms of sanitation. When I took the food home, my hubby ate with gusto (so I guess it tasted good), but I could only pick at the food. If you get food from here, order it ahead and walk in, pay, and leave!!

This was our first time here. We ordered a shrimp stir fry and a shrimp yakisoba. Both were pretty good and plenty. They seemed to be the same except one had noodles. We also tried the miso soup and liked it. I wasn't impressed enough to give the food a '5' but, maybe next time.

No substitutions. The service not so much and really disappointing. No follow-up, no refills, only when we flagged Ginger down to order more food did she visit our table. There is a nice menu with other dishes besides Sushi for those who do not enjoy Sushi. The booth was comfortable and large enough for lots of food dishes. There is seating outside, which is nice. The parking can be trouble since it is a small lot, with many other restaurants and condos.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant. Parking is a little difficult due to the many people visiting (the back half of the restaurant is their bar/lounge. We walked in and were greeted and seated immediately. We were impressed with the linen covered glass top tables with fresh yellow roses on each table. The service was very nice and prompt. We were also impressed with the extensive menu options and different combination dinners. We had the house special fried rice,(and unlike many Chinese restaurants) were able to have it made with BROWN rice! The pork tenderloin, lemon chicken, and the rice were all delicious and arrived piping hot! We had enough to take home for a second large meal! A great little restaurant and we'll return soon.
European-decent Americans at real authentic sushi places often look like a fish out of water. Ikiiki is a nice blend- authentic, fresh, good enough sushi and sashimi to appeal to those with Asian decent. But they have an easy to understand menu, and enough variety beyond traditional Japanese fare that my guest (never had sushi before) could feel right at home.Friendly waitstaff, has a family owned ethic to it.

We had a nice meal here. I had the rainbow roll which was delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed themselves very much. We will be back.

This is what we call a Michelin red R restaurant; great "local" cooking at reasonable prices. The food is freshly prepared, authentic, and a good value for the money. We ate here twice in the same week, once for dinner and once for lunch. Dinner portions are huge; we had enough to take home for another complete meal. Lunch combinations (soup, rice, main dish) are good sized and reasonably prices. We really liked the Shredded Pork in Hot Garlic Szechuan Sauce and the Kung Pao Chicken. We've often been here when they are making the noodles; there is a viewing window where you can watch.

Flavor compares well with what I ate in Thailand. It's not Chinese so don't expect to get Chinese food or flavors. Thai food is spicier and a flavor all its own. Having said that, I was pleasant surprised with the firs visit years ago and continue to return for what may be the best Authentic Thai food in the area. WE tend to stick to our favorites... Pad Thai and Yellow Chicken Curry but everything we've tried has been good. Prices are reasonable.
