It was a mistake walking into this place. Our group was hankering for Seafood White Beehoon and seeing a poster of this dish on the wall, we thought why not give this place a try. Bad choice. The seafood white beehoon is bland and portion size is small even for a $9.90 larger size. The broth had not much flavour and there wasn't much eggs in the dish. Perhaps this cafe should stick to its specialty and not offer any other dishes. The other dishes we ordered fared no better. We were hugely disappointed. We certainly would not come back to this place.

My family of 6 adults and two kids had dinner at the Long Beach Seafood Restaurant located at IMMWe ordered a Seafood Set-Meal and it didnât disappoint. The Seafood served were very fresh and the Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab was delicious. Worth checking out this restaurant if you are a seafood lover.

Not much variety of food, by 2pm, the hot dishes were also not replenished, but for a weekend buffet, it was not too expensive. This OPPA in Jcube is definitely cleaner than the one we went to in Junction 10, though cockroaches could still be seen, especially because we were given a table near to the wall, which was crawling with ants as well.

Chin Huat Live Seafood offers a wide range of fresh seafood that is tastily prepared; fish, crabs, prawns, geoduck, bamboo clams and many others. Other dishes such as their suckling pig, pork ribs, beancurd, rojak squid are also very good. Desserts are not to be missed too. We like their coconut pudding and buloh hitam with ice cream, both of which are excellent. Service is also very good. Service staff are attentive and helpful.Although Chin Huat Live Seafood Restaurant is located at a HDB block, prices are on the high side. However, the quality of the food is very good. The restaurant is usually very busy especially during weekends. Best to make a reservation and also reserve the more popular live seafood such as crabs as they run out pretty fast. Good place for a meal family and friends.

I had a vegetarian lunch at Violet Oon - ION Orchard. It is my favourite place in Singapore. I had Sayur Lodeh, which is a Malaysian dish of curry prepared from vegetables in coconut milk, served with rice. This dish is a medium to large size. It is a great portion for 2 people. The curry was fragrant and the vegetables were softly cooked. The service is quick and staff are efficient. My Lemongrass tea was fab. I love fragrant tea. SEE photos

Itâs been a while since we visited this restaurant. Service was good and we were brought to our seats and given the menu personally by the servers. Had the âwater-cooked beefâ and the lamian. The lamienâs broth was really good and the noodles tasty. Just that I thought the beef could be better as thereâs some beefy taste to the meat. The æ°´ç ®çèwas good and we ordered the å°è¾£and itâs very spicy. Do take note of that. The å°ç¬¼å were pretty standard!Overall good service as our drinks were top up regularly.

The restaurant used to be located along cross street in the earlier years. Recently in the last few years, they had shifted to their current location. They served very authentic Hokkien dishes like Kong bah bao, fried mee sua and fried oysters. Their fish maw soup is another dish that you must order while dining here.

We had a reunion at this restaurant, to celebrate the passing of another year. The menu selection was good, the ambience was very suitable, and the service was great. The food variety is also good. I enjoyed the burger very much (although my colleague commented that I could have had the same food item from McDonald's at a much lower price). The truffle fries and dessert options are good ones to have. Worth the price!

Din Tai Fung certainly serves some of the best Xiao Long Bao in Singapore. This outlet is of no exception. Just love the food here. Excellent service even though the queue can be quite long and daunting. You can also try out their beef noodle soup. It's delicious too. This outlet in Jem is clean and well managed too.

Had a wonderful lunch today at Zaffron Kitchen at West Gate. Really authentic Northern Indian food. We had Papdi Chaat as starter which is very nice with crispy crust with sweet yogurt inside which is nice combination. We ordered Zaffron Tandoori Platter which comes with mutton kebab, fish Tikka, chicken Tikka and Murg Pudina. I love the Murg Pudina which is mint chicken that is quite unique and rarely seen at most Indian restaurants. The butter chicken is rich and very tender. Yellow Dal Tadka is very flavourful. The lamb shank Biryani is not bad but not impressive. Food was very good and atmosphere is nice too. Easy to find location at West Gate.
