(STORY TIME SORRY SO LONG) Monday January 8 my husband and I were celebrating our good friend's Birthday who had mentioned that she had never been to a hibachi before. So we thought since we has never been to Fuji we would give it a shot. We walk in to an area with a hostess stand where we were not greeted mind you and we waited to be seated. As we stood there waiting we looked around and realized with every glance the place just got more and more dirty to down right disgusting. On the hostess stand it's self was a nasty dirty red rag covered in black and brown stains, right next to the stand not even trying to hide was an opened Arizona tea just sitting on the floor for the world to see. Oh but the best part is we made eye contact with 4 different waiters and waitresses and they literally just stared and walked away. My friend tried to catch a waitress who so politely made eye contact with her turned around and walked away. My husband, friend, and I like I said had never been to Fuji before so we had no idea if it was self seating or not, I mean I assume if you have a hostess stand you wait to be seated. The cherry on top, what made my our experience oh so amazing was 6 to 8 waiters and waitresses were sitting at a little bar area folding napkins just glancing back to stare and make comments on us just standing there. After 5 minutes of us being left to stand in the door way feeling like idiots we chose to leave and take our money with us. As we were walking out no one came to stop us, no one tried to apologize for taking so long, nothing! We wanted the hibachi grill and believe me we would of tripped well for the food and show but after that I promise you I won't be back. I can't even tell you how the food was, I wasn't given the opportunity! I don't know how this place is open honestly! I have never felt so disrespected in my life! To the owners of Fiji you really need to work your customer service and your cleanliness! To everyone reading this spend your money elsewhere this place is a disgusting joke!

We're always looking for variety and value, so it was great to find this near our hotel (Hampton Inn). It's also near a shopping area.We got there right around 11 so no crowds. You order at the counter. They have sushi, nigiri, noodles, rice but we decided to go for the Korean tacos..I loved the concept, and I think it worked! I had the galbee tacos and miso soup. Nice combo. If I were a Waco local, definitely would be on my list for ethnic variety!

Panda Express is one of our frequent stops when traveling however they are usually found only in large cities. This one is a little piece off the Interstate which we travel however the short distance is worth the trip. Food and prices are identical to those we have in Dallas. This visit the food trays were all filled so we could order anything we desired without waiting for the food to be cooked and when you are just traveling through a city that is a real time saver.

Place had good energy, friendly and accommodating server, and cozy seating out of the noise for the 10 of us. Food was fine (certainly not memorable), but really an Americanized version of Chinese/Asian food. Pricey for this cuisine, and smallish portions IMO. But, a nice alternative to the numerous Chinese/Asian buffets in Waco. Excellent hot mustard (for the otherwise fairly bland wanton soup). Not bad, just âmehâ ... like a Chinese/Asian Olive Garden â with a big city, almost chic, vibe. Nice looking bar area, and well stocked bar.

Not a huge selection, but everything I tried was delicious, hot, fresh. Plenty of choices , like pizza, chicken wings, nuggets, fries, for the family members who don't care for Chinese. Those who do like it will be pleased. Spinach cups, and coconut chicken are among my favorites. Reasonable price. We have been several times and will go back,

I Love Chinese food but don't always want buffet and this little place fits the bill when I'm craving Chinese food. I haven't actually stayed to eat since we have always gotten or food to go but it's always hot and yummy. This is a smallish town and only two choices I know are this and buffet place and we like to get or food and then go to our friends house to eat there over a movie or game night.
