This is the tastiest and healthiest choice in the Food Court. The very hot bowl is crisping the rice, leave it too long and it will burn. So start stirring, mixing the different toppings. Good vegetarian choices, different meats. I like the one with kimchi in it. Finish it off with the special hot sauces! Always good. Be careful not to burn yourself!

Our new favorite ramen restaurant. It is located next to the Don Quijote right outside the Yokota Air Base Terminal Gate. Our favorite is the vegetable ramen. You decide the size, firmness of your noodles, the level of flavor, and the level of oil. There are many additional toppings available at your table such as garlic, fresh cut onion, chili paste, peppers, oils, and ginger. I recommend that you do not order a large on your first visit. The portions are extremely generous. If you visit during lunch, you get fresh rice to go with your meal. The staff are always so friendly and the place is always packed during peak lunch hours. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This is on the main ring road in Fussa near the airbase. Looks like a few tables outside but there is also an inside area like a normal restaurant. Amazing red thai curry stir fry with pork - really authentic and as good as any I had in Thailand. Pad thai was delicious and they bring condiments to the table as well like sugar and chili as they do with pad thai in Thailand. Great spicy beef salad. Singha/Chang beer if you want it, great Thai staff, clean and good decor. Open for both lunch and dinner. This is amazing thai food in Japan!
