Although supposedly famous for noodles that were cut or shaved into small thin slices instead of kneaded into strings, I think their barbecued lamb is better. One does not get the pungent smell of lamb and the taste is great with chilli powder. Their Chinese pancake looks like the Indian roti prata but it is tastier with spring onion fried therein. The Chinese dumplings are great too!

We are a casual dining restaurant located in Haikou, China. International cuisine best describes our menu. We have hamburgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, BBQ ribs, roasted chicken, and imported beef steak. Friendly atmosphere, âwestern-styleâ service, and
Went there with my family as both of them are not really into chinese food. My daughter had korean chicken, my wife salad and myself a steak. Although portions are kind of "nouvelle cuisine" sized, the reasonable price and the quality totally offsets this issue and makes you order additional dishes. We talked to the owner who was together with his staff very attentive and friendly. I can highly recommend this restaurant as it offers good choices for every ones taste bud.Tobias, thank you for your review. I do remember your family. I am glad your family had a good visit to our restaurant. Hope that when you come back to Haikou, you can visit us again.

While I wasnât staying at your hotel but at the Renaissance Hotel next door, I decided to make a trip to the Ritz for the Chinese Restaurant, Tin Lung Heen. It was to be a special night. It was both Christmas Eve and the night before my family returns to Singapore after our vacation in Hainan. What was supposed to be a treat for my family, turned out to be an absolute disappointment in the end. We were a table of 5 which ordered 5 mains to be shared among us. 4 dishes were served after a short wait. Noticing that our 5th dish, a main meat dish, was missing, we notified the staff. The staff gave us an excuse that the restaurant was busy and the dish will be served soon. The dish was not served after we notified the staff a second time. Then, finally, on our third attempt in getting the dish served, the staff finally informed that the dish was unavailable. That was an hour after we were seated. By then, we had finished the 4 dishes that had been served. Your staff offered us to order another dish in place of the meat dish that was unavailable but whatâs the point in ordering another dish at that point in time when everything else had been eaten. My grandpa was hoping to match that dish with his porridge, but that meat dish didnât arrive. Everyone was disappointed and left the restaurant less satiated than we shouldâve been.Dear Valued Guest,Warmest Greetings from The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou!Thank you very much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback.I would like to extend my most sincere apologies to you and your family for the challenges and the inconvenience caused.
