A friend recommended it as having very good food. What the other people ordered was ordinary: wanton soup; chicken corn chowder, soft shell crab, seafood with tofu hot pot. I ordered the four pieces of dim sum - tasty and nicely presented. I also ordered the tofu and vegetables. It was just ok. The vegetables were mostly onion and scallions and the tofu was thickly fried. I would not order it again.

After a visit to the Berneski Museum at Amherst College hubby and I strolled about looking for somewhere for lunch. After looking at several we picked Miss Saigon, mostly because of their $7.25 lunch specials. We didnât expect much but boy, were we surprised! The space is a mix of booths and tables, very nicely and smartly decorated, spotlessly clean and very quiet and peaceful. Service was quick, efficient and very professional. The lunch specials were awesome! I had the basic special: soup, followed by a choice of protein, sauce and rice. We both had the sweet and sour soup which was perfectly balanced and delicious. I selected crispy chicken with the basil sauce and brown rice. What came from the kitchen was a platter filled with a huge pile of freshly sautéed vegetables tossed with crispy chicken pieces in a very delicious sauce, along with about a full cup of rice, and a small egg roll. It was perfect; almost a dinner portion than lunch. Hubby had the Kimchi fried rice special with chicken, with the soup and eggroll -- a similar platter of excellent flavor and bounty. He also had a mango-strawberry iced tea, one of the 28 different flavored fruit-iced tea combos listed on the menu. It was a huge glass of cold, flavorful iced tea, with actual small chunks of mango in it. Perfect again!Total tab for an excellent and filling lunch was all of $20. The full menu for dinner is 9 pages long! Oh, to live closer so we could try dinner there, again and again and again.

The staff in here was so friendly, it made for a very pleasant experience. I had the coconut curry noodles, there was very little chicken in it, bit it was incredible otherwise. My friend got the chicken teriyaki noodles and he said it was great. They had a great selection of drinks and the food came out quickly. Love this place!

This about 1 month old restaurant is located on Route 9, (or Russel Street) in front of the Big Y shopping Plaza. Excellent Chinese food)
The restaurant is quite large and often crowded, so we prefer to eat at the bar, insuring that your food will be ordered right away and served promptly. Although you can order the "usual suspects," There is quite a variety of more authentic dishes, often using fresh local produce. While the dishes we had were quite good, particularly the dumplings in chili oil, don't rely on the heat ratings. Both our lamb dish and noodles were indicated as spicy, they were actually quite mild. Next time we will ask to amp up the heat. As a plus, drinks are cheap. A sizable Hendrick's martini was under $10.

I was visiting my daughter who loves this place and it has a quirky charming ambiance, especially when you sit in the enclosed deck... kind of like a treehouse. The food, however, disappointed me. Our server didn't speak much English and the menu didn't clarify so maybe it was what we ordered but I wasn't impressed. I am a huge fan of Thai, Chinese, sushi, you name it, but this didn't do it for me.

I am not particularly familiar with Korean cuisine but I tried the bulgogi. I thought it was different and creative. I had it with spicy sauce which I thought picked up the whole dish. I would go back.

Two of us stopped in for lunch the other day and had a most enjoyable lunch. The menu was large and varied, the service excellent and the setting most appealing. The restaurant was clean and very appealing. One of us had a curry dish while the other ordered a spicy bamboo vegetable dish with duck.Very good and recommend it.

We are a fine Indian Cuisine restaurant providing services like : Dine In, Take Outs, Catering, Delivery (to start soon) and Gift Cards
If you want a great meal, especially before heading south on Amtrak's Vermonter to New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Washington, DC, then the Bombay Royale is an excellent choice. My wife and I, who now live in southwestern New Hampshire, had planned a day trip on a weekday to Northampton, starting with a good Indian buffet. We found such a place at this restaurant. We arrived a few minutes after it opened (Noon), and a line for the buffet had already formed. There were plenty of meat (such as chicken and goat) and vegetable (such as spinach paneer, string beans, eggplant) dishes. We also took the raita and the two desserts (carrot and kheer). The Indian tomato soup was delicious and not too spicy. We also ordered mango lassis, which were very tasty. The service was good, and the decor satisfactory.Because the food at the restaurant is so much better than standard train fare, rail travelers could get carry out and take it with them to the station, which is only one half mile away.

Certainly as advertised. If you are addicted to red meat you may want to look elsewhere as fish, seafood and vegetarian dishes make up the menu. Service was friendly - without being intrusive - and very knowledgeable. The menu is complimented by a very reasonable wine list. Still in business after more than two decades, Paul & Elizabeth's must be doing something right.
