Great price for lunch for seniors at $8.99. While eating we watched a young lady clearing and cleaning tables. This was our problem with the place: She cleared the tables, and has her fingers in the dirty dishes. Carried dirty used glasses with her fingers down inside of them. Then with out washing her hands or putting on gloves, she returned to wrapping paper napkins around silverware for table settings. She handled the eating end of the silverware with her dirty, Un-washed hands. Can't go back with that picture in our mind. Food appeared good but what is the kitchen area like if the eating area is handled as described above. It is up to you if you want to eat here and as noted, food tasted good but we question health conditions.

Walked in and there was a lot of open tables. They make you wait to be seated. The tattooed waitress looks over and letâs us know they will clean a table. We wait. Man walks over asks if we been helped, I tell him the girl said she was cleaning a table. The girl was talking to the sushi guys and her customers already eating. Another girl comes over and sits us at about 10 mins. Tattooed girl shows up and asks us about drinks. We just got water we barely opened our menu. No water is good. She leaves us and never comes back. She helps other tables around us, but doesnât take our order. 10 mins go by. The place is not busy or packed full. 3 wait staff can be seen. So I get up and we leave. One of the girls thanks us. I tell her why, we didnât get any food. She goes, didnât they take your order. No little one, we didnât get to order,so we will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

Looked for take out Chinese food in Grants Pass. Found this online and stopped in to pick up dinner. Clean brightly lit. Friendly staff. Quick service and take out was ready in a few minutes. Orange chicken and kung pao chicken with chow mein noodles and fried rice. Food was very good. Bought two meals and got a free Thai iced tea.

We don't have an opportunity to experience Thai food very often--so glad my brother included this during our visit. Dinner began with their spring rolls with a tasty orange sauce. The Mongolian beef (medium spicy) was perfect. It came w/shrip and scallops and all the usual sides. My husband had the salmon with a seasoned glaze -- it looked and tasted delicious. The small staff in this restaurant work well together and you receive a big THANK YOU for visiting as you are leaving. Good service and good food.

While they do not have a website of their own here is a link to their menu. However, the address Something missed on Food Network is the Thai experience... really good eats!
This is my second choice for Thai food in Grants Pass. Thai BBQ is better in my opinion. Pongsri's has good Phad Thai and the usual Thai dishes. I find their curries not as flavorful as others. The service was fine and the restaurant itself is nice and clean.

The food quality and service in Grants Pass Restaurant's has fallen in recent months. Ban Mai is an exception. The food is excellent. Hand made with care and great ingredients. There service is always good. the price is right and the portions are perfect.Great choice for dining in Grants Pass.. One of the top ..

The good: place looked kinda clean, service was quick, it was cheap. The horrific: the food, the food, and the food. Three different dishes that all looked like they were prepared and then plated by a blind person who was also not familiar with: flavor, how to make a sauce, the use of non-canned oriental type vegetables, or the basics of cooking. Two lumps of scooped white rice with chunks of meat and canned vegetables with a thick pasty odd colored âsauceâ thoroughly drenching the plate, like a baby had vomited on each. One sauce was white-ish. This had lots of bottled fish sauce not quite cooked in. One was brown-ish, and resembled, well, you can use your imagination. This was their peanut sauce. I did not dare try it. My fish sauce dish was horrid enough. The other dish was an odd gray-ish color. This was some kind of âcurryâ according to the menu. I could only stomach a few bites. They need to hire a real cook. And get fresh ingredients. The pictures on here must be from some other place or time, as they do not in any way resemble what was served to us. The obviously bottledâsauceâ that came with the 1 1/2 inch greasy egg roll that was plopped between the two mounds of white rice barely covered the bottom of a very small clear plastic cup thing. The water was warm. The salad was like every other Thai garnish type salad. Would be hard to ruin something already so boring, but, it was also just bland and poorly presented. Failed on every level. Run away, run away.

We are a family owned business since 1984. Serving high quality Japanese food such as Chicken and Beef Teriyaki, Tempura, Sukiyaki, Steaks & much more. FLOOR SEATING AVAILABLE!
Iâve eaten here my whole life. They have hands down the best teriyaki chicken, best steak teriyaki and miso soup, and best salads(and dressing). I was first introduced to tempura here and have yet to find better! Favorite place to eat in town!!!!! Always great service too! Thanks! We appreciate the review and hope to see you soon!

My husband and I ate here, based on the warm recommendations of friends. We had lunch and tried different sushi rolls. For our taste, these had too much rice and not enough stuffing and they lacked the flavor we hoped for.
