I stopped for lunch with my husband recently. We had not been for some time and it was refreshing to go again. We each had a lunch special and ice tea; the bill was under $20.00 and we took home half of our meals. The owner met us when we entered and instantly apologized for slow service because his waitress did not show up for work today, so he was taking care of everyone by himself. He did a great job, only downside was no refills, but we understood. I always enjoy the food here no matter what I order. Need to go back more often.

The food was just average. There was a fairly large selection on the menu but we were disappointed with the flavors. A little on the blah side. The dishes that were supposed to be spicy hot were, but beyond that there wasn't much flavor. Probably won't go back.

I'll start with the good part: the server (Mike) was super friendly, really nice and helpful, and very attentive. The exact opposite of the Vietnamese owner, who was curt and aloof. And I'm not misreading cultural cues, either; I've been to Vietnam twice and eaten at countless pho restaurants; this man was not representative of any Vietnamese I have ever encountered before. The pho was a complete miss. The broth had none of the traditional seasonings, the noodles were overcooked and gummy, and the complementary vegetables (basil, sprouts, etc.) were missing. We did get some sad pieces of cilantro... I realize this is in the middle of Wyoming, but all of those vegetables could be grown in a garden here.On the bright side, the banh mi wasn't too bad, even though it too lacked just about everything that goes on a traditional Vietnamese sandwich.

Well, had dinner there last night. Chicken Terriyaki was tasteless. Noodles were tasteless, and the veges were...you guessed it, tasteless! On a better note, the hand rolled salmon skin sushi was just ok. I won't be going back.
