A great variety of baked offerings and terrific beverage options (sea salt, espresso, boba teas, smoothies and slush drinks) The photos say it all. Japanese, Taiwanese, European Style buns. The milk toast bread slices make great French toast, rolls, cookies, beautiful cakes, cake cups, and cake slices. So many wonderful items that we returned to the register three times with a tray of baked goods before we finally left the bakery and needless to say, no disappointments in any of our purchases. Donât wait til the end of the day before going. For best selections arrive early or in the morning hours. Very clean establishment and friendly and helpful counter staff.
King Buffet has always been one of our "Go-To" places and a frequent choice when we can't decide where we want to eat on an evening. The food is always very tasty and well prepared. The buffet tables are always well stocked and checked and tended frequently. We particularly appreciate the many, many choices available on the buffet tables. It's never possible to even try a sample of everything available - you can only concentrate on your favorite entrees. While there are several buffet restaurants available in the area, I really believe that King Buffet in Friendswood is the very best.

The atmosphere is all-around super at this very busy place with quick, attentive service. Come in and find a place to âlightâ and the friendly, energetic and efficient waitstaff will find you. Choose craft tap beers (65) from chalkboard on wall or choose from extensive written list of bottled- all reasonably priced. Wine on tap also available. Great Vietnamese fusion food choices. Shaking beef selection with fried rice (or with steamed rice) is superb with or without the side drizzle of spicy lime juice. Stir fry noodles with shrimp was excellent. Asked for amber beer recommendation and Blue Bridge Amber beer turned out to be superb. The amber beer, 2 Pinot Grigio, the two meals and the scrumptious bittersweet (chocolate cake) sundae dessert (enough for 2) bill totaled under $53. Check out this gem of a place!!

Good service, decent price. But the food was just ok. It is what I would call 'American chinese.' The kung pao chicken was especially strange because the peanuts had sugar on them which did not taste good and I can assure you is not authentic. :)

Newly remodeled Nobi! same great food new awesome place and now crafted beer! I approve Like the second location on NASA rd. the original location now offers a variety of created beer (not as many as second loc.) and has been expanded and decorated in a very cool and current style, is super inviting. I think Nobi is a really great example of The American dream story. From a convenience store and a passion for beer Nobi was born and it became one of the few very cool places to hangout, eat, and be merry in the Clear Lake area. I love that! Go enjoy a beer and a banh mi! P.S If you're not 21 and over have a Vietnamese coffe

This place has become a family favorite to the degree that we routinely celebrate birthdays and special events here. The cuisine is ALWAYS ALWAYS Fresh and delicious. I have tried almost every roll, handroll and entree on the menu and have never been disappointed.Diners have to be careful when choosing Sushi dining experiences due to the fact that eating unclean or stale raw fish can be very hazardous to your health. So for me, having somewhere that prides itself on the freshness of their seafood is a MUST. Not only is their food fresh and probably the best I have ever had (bar none) they have an extensive wine and drink list and prices are very reasonable. You cannot go wrong here. Love, love, love my Masa Sushi!!

We tried this place Saturday for dinner based on trip advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The place was a little bigger than I'd thought. All the staff were very friendly. We had egg rolls for an appetizer. They were very good. I hadn't had Vietnamese egg rolls so I was surprised when they were very crispy, but I really liked them. My wife and I had Vietnamese coffee to drink and that was great too. I had pineapple shrimp for my entree. It was quite tasty as well. One of my boys had chicken nuggets and the other lemon chicken. I don't remember what my wife had, but everyone loved their meal and we all said we wanted to come back. I definitely want to come back to try the Pho as I read it was very good but just wasn't in the mood for soup on this occasion.

It was my dad birthday, and I reserved a week ahead on Thursday at 1:00 pm, so it is really not a busy day or time for most the restaurants. We arrived on time, and the hostess told us to wait few minutes to set a table for us, and then selected a table that was pretty small for our group. The food was great. The waiter was so friendly and nice, however, she was serving like 4 tables at the time which slow the service a little bit. Overall was a good experience. Coming back for sure not for an occasion.
