We bring Chinese cuisine culture to Canada, by providing authentic, healthy and nutritious Chinese fast food with selective local ingredients.
We just had lunch at Bite of Beijng, and we loved our jianbings! Those chinese-style crepes were super fresh, tasty and made with quality ingredients. We will definitely make this new restaurant our go-to spot in Fredericton from now on. Oh, and their egg tarts were out of this world, flaky, light and perfectly balanced. After living in Asia, this has become my favorite desert, I will be back for those alone!Thank you for visiting our restaurant and taking the time to share your experience.

I have ate there many times and have always found the food, Asian, the best I've ate in the province. Great flavor, great price and great porportions.BUTThe last 2 times I've been there I've been shocked and fed up with the rude service.I always make reservations ahead. We arrived and place was no where near full. We got out table, seating 4, and ordered. Our food came and we were half way through eating when head waitress came over and wanted us to move to another table as there were 2 unused spaces at ours. There were 2 other tables like this one that were empty. We were moved to a small table where our dishes wouldn't all fit onto it.This is the service I've got the last two times there, August and September.

We've visited No. 1 Noodle regularly at lunch for their No. 1 platter (since it was called the "appeteaser platter" and the place was called Saigon Noodle), and have not been disappointed, until today (April 2), when it simply did not measure up. I've never eaten tough, gristly chicken before (the satay); the crispy veggie roll wasn't crispy and the veggies were stringy; the lettuce/carrot salad had developed some sort of dressing with a hint of anise; the fried wontons were greasy. I hope this was just one off day; I'd hate to have to take this off our list of possible lunch places. It was as though the restaurant had been taken over by people with no experience of Thai cuisine.

The food is delicious and fresh, and prepared in a professional fashion. If you haven't tried this place yet, you should go and I assure you, you won't regret it! Everything on the menu is delicious, and there is something for every preference - You will be satisfied. The prices are very good - not expensive at all for the quality/taste of the food you're getting.

Would give 3.5 stars if possible. We were thrilled to find a Fredericton restaurant open on a Sunday night in Fredericton and tried dinner. It was very busy but we were seated quickly. The menu was diverse. We are not great judges of Asian food but selected sweet potato tempura (very good), tofu chow mein (good) and kimachi fried rice with pork (not our favorite). The food was served hot and fresh. We found that it tasted similar, possibly a spice or sauce that was common. We would try again and make different choices.

We had a quick dinner here during the Animaritime convention andIt was big hit with the 2 teens I was with. I had sushi and they had ramen noodles. We were all pleased with our orders and the price was in line with competitors.

We tried the Oriental Pearl (take-out) for the first time the other night on advice of a friend. I had driven by, but never thought to try. I'm so glad we did! We got "Dinner for 3" for four of us (two adults, two teens) - and there was plenty of food, with leftovers. Our meal consisted of chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice, beef & broccoli, egg rolls, chicken balls, and of course fortune cookies. Everything was fresh and delicious. The beef was tender and the chicken balls were more chicken than dough. The best part was the price - much less than we are used to spending for Chinese takeout. The service was friendly, and we even got a punch card that will give us 20% off after 10 meals. We are happy to support this local, family-owned business, and will definitely order from here again!

The Cinnamon Cafe is a restaurant that was created for one purpose, to be the first restaurant in fredericton to provide a wide range of exclusively vegan and vegetarian apps, entree's and desserts from falafel wraps to vegan burgers to coconut cream pies
6 of us went to Fredericton and were looking for a place to eat. 2 were sure they did not want vegan. We ended up at the Cinnamon Cafe to find a full vegan and or gluten free menu. One woman said she will now be looking for vegan restaurants at home and the other was totally impressed too. No one was disappointed. Food was incredible, generous portions and even their coffee was good. Very reasonably priced!

My husband and I stopped for a lunch date at Naru sushi. We ordered 2 special rolls as well as their new smoked salmon sushi pizza. The sushi pizza is not like the usual pizza's you can find in sushi restaurant's; it is fried rice patty wich is hard to bite through and the top is drenched in mayonnaise. The rolls were falling apart not holding together when lifted with the sticks. The rolls were very bland and again drenched in unagi and mayo. I would not recommend this restaurant to co-workers or friends it definitely left me with a mayo taste I could not get rid of the rest of the day. The price point was quite high for the low quality we were offered.
