Reviews on Asian food in Fleetwood, England, United Kingdom. Fleetwood is a town and civil parish within the Wyre district of Lancashire, England, lying at the northwest corner of the Fylde. It had a population of 25,939 people at the 2011 census. The site of the town has been continuously inhabited since the Middle Ages. Fleetwood acquired its modern character in the 1830s, when the principal landowner Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood, High Sheriff and MP, conceived an ambitious plan to re-develop the town to make it a busy seaport and railway spur. He commissioned the distinguished Victorian architect Decimus Burton to design a number of substantial civic buildings, including two lighthouses. Hesketh-Fleetwood's transport terminus schemes failed to materialise. The town expanded greatly in the first half of the 20th century with the growth of the UK fishing industry, and passenger ferries to the Isle of Man to become a deep-sea fishing port.

We went to Mews Thai for a birthday celebration and I was very impressed. The food was fantastic, hot and delicious, so good. The service was excellent, the ambiance was lovely, very relaxed, and we enjoyed the whole evening.We chose our meals from the Early Bird Menu and everything we had was excellent. The food was perhaps a little bit more spicy then other Thai food I have had but it was all the better for that. Nothing was too hot, just more tasty.I highly recommend Mews Thai and will definitely be going back.Thanks for taking the time to post a review. As ever, we do appreciate genuine customer feedback.

Visited here as a group of four for dinner. This is the first Indian Iâve visited in Blackpool. I eat Indian food a lot and this was in my opinion a first class meal. Me and my partner have been on the hunt for a while trying to find a decent Indian, weâve probably tried every single one from St Anneâs to Fleetwood. After seeing the reviews for Meherin we placed an order for delivery last night. The food arrived within the hour as stated when we placed the order. We went for an onion bahji starter, a chicken tikka biryani with a masala sauce, garlic naan bread and 3 poppadoms with a chutney tray. The food was piping hot and very fresh, the flavours were absolutely outstanding. Weâve finally found a top quality Indian takeaway, canât wait to go and dine in the restaurant. We will now be regular customers on a weekly basis.

Called to get a takeaway for four on our way to visit friends. Ordered a platter for two, King Prawns with Garlic, Green Duck Curry, Chicken Muslim Curry, Chicken and Cashew Nuts, Spicy Thai Fried Rice and a portion of Steamed Rice. Order took about 25 minutes to prepare. On arrival at our friends we all tucked in and nothing went to waste. It was all delicious.Dear DaveandLynda311, great to hear from yet another satisfied customer. We always really appreciated all of the positive reviews that we receive and we seem to be getting quite a few lately! We were on holiday near Fleetwood and decided on some take out chinese for dinner. It was a little late and hard to find one open. We came across Mister Lee's by chance and went inside to order. The desk assistant was helpful.We ordered and were so pleasantly surprised at how authentic the food was. We are quite picky with our Asian cuisine. Flavours were clean and each dish had its own distinct flavour - not just regurgitated sauces! and very pleased the portions were not overfilled with onions!!! So all in all a good find! Pity we don't live here, as we are still hunting for our 'favourite' Chinese where we live! - This would have won us over back home! One negative point to mention, what has happened to good ol' chopsticks? They dont do chopsticks at this chinese restaurant!!! ..a small price to pay..We noticed 2 other customers ordering salt and chilli chips.. not our cup of tea.. but obviously a favourite for locals!

We had our takeaway last Friday from Al Minar and the food was beyond delicious! We ordered the 'Set meal for one" where you had poppadum's, dips, chunks od chicken tikka as a started, pilau rice, mushroom bhaji and you're offered the lamb dupiaza main meal. We asked if we could replace the lamb dish with a chicken one? The were so obliging and happy to accommodate this and explained we would only need to pay a small surcharge (which we were more than happy to do!)They gave us an accurate collection time, as our food was ready and waiting for us at the given time. The food was, as always generous, deliciously tasty and my husband and I cleared every morsel from our plates.Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!!! Yummy :-)

We are regular visitors here, particularly for take aways but havenât eaten in for a while. Booked a table at short notice & glad they could accommodate us for sonâs birthday tea.Ordered 3 starters which were absolutely delicious. We followed this by 3 mains & rice. Once again the main courses were so tasty. The chicken was very tender & the sauces so fresh & flavoursome. The thai green curry was particularly good. Service friendly & attentive as well. Excellent value at less than £20 / head including drinks.

The menu is quite extensive. We opted for the set meal for two. This was brought to the table in a timed fashion so one didnât have a huge display on the table which can be off putting. The food well well cooked and delightful. The service was attentive and efficient. Thanks.
