I have attended Pad Thai on numerous occasions; however, my visits have grown increasingly less frequent following repeated unpleasant experiences. Generally, there's nothing negative I will say about the food. It has always been tasty, when it's the correct order, in my experience. The customer service on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. One incident, when I received the wrong order, I called to speak with a manager, as I was already home before the error was noticed. I was told that I ordered incorrectly, because the person who took my order said I did. It was essentially my word against a high school employee's (I am 43 yrs. old, and I have a Masters degree, as well as great attention to detail.) I was told to compensate for the inconvenience they would give me 1 crab rangoon on my next visit. I certainly did not want crab rangoon. I wanted what I ordered without the added inconvenience of having to wait longer and drive back to the restaurant (they do not offer food delivery). At any rate, I was made to feel as though their error was my mistake. They took zero accountability, and I paid for a meal I did not want or enjoy. I was appalled at this horrible customer service. The ONLY reason I will return is because they are the sole Thai restaurant for miles around. I surmise this is why they seem to believe they are entitled to treat loyal customers like poop.

Stopped specifically because of TripAdvisor recommendation. Lots of places in Farmington I like, went to one of them after eating here. Got the Tuesday special (pepper steak), with rice and crab rangoon. 8-12 ounces of peppers and onions, 1-2 ounces maybe of tough beef. Rangoon was chewy, not crisp like you expect. Very disappointed. Crowd all seemed to be locals, they all ordered off the menu looked like. Very nice, friendly staff. Could tell this place is heavily patronized by locals, leading me to believe that the kitchen had a very very very off-day when I was there. Left and drove about 1/2 mile to stop and eat again, was definitely not filled up here.

we ordered meals that came with salad and soup which we never got. we were not seated at a hibachi and those that were, their food was not prepared there. our waiter got off as soon as our entrees were delivered so we sat for 45 minutes with no one asking if we are okay until we finally flagged someone down for a check and paying up front (there were signs all over the walls instructing us to pay at the table.)

This was one of the sketchiest Chinese buffets I've visited. We were sort of desperate to eat and came here. It was not good, smelled like smoke, and wasn't clean.
