Ordered a takeaway from here and waited 2 hours. Called them after 1hr 30 and they lied that it was out for delivery and there was an accident their driver was stuck. This place is less than 5min drive from our house and we checked traffic reports online and there was absolutely no traffic anywhere between us and the restaurant that evening. They sajd that their driver was just down the road from our house to which we waited a further 30min and still no one turned up. On getting through to Deliveroo customer service we were told a different story that the takeaway had never actually left the restaurant. The restaurant also responded to my earlier review with further lies saying that Deliveroo had cancelled the order at 8.19pm, however we spoke to the restaurant at 8.45pm a full 25 minutes later which was when they told us the the lies about the accident and the driver being down the road. If the order was cancelled why not tell us at that point instead of lying that the order was out for delivery? If they blame Deliveroo for their mess why are they working with Deliveroo in the first place. However as a customer oriented establishment we always welcome fair, honest and reasonable reviews as delivering a quality food with high standards services is always remain our top priority. But let us explain the issues again ;Firstly you did not order through us directly and due to a technical glitches with Deliveroo we received your order late. But we did received a call from Deliveroo to make the food in 20 minutes. As we do not sell microwave food therefore we politely declined Deliveroo request and later we learned that Deliveroo cancelled your order and compensated you fully. However our manager spoke with a gentleman around 8:35 and explain the issues but we really do not know how you got all this .We understand itâs really frustrating but itâs nothing to do with Esher Tandoori and you can not held us responsible for your order not being delivered.We have been rated one of the best Indian in this surrounding areas due to our high quality food and under any circumstances we will not let our quality to go down as we always aim to keep our food and services services consistent to keep our customers happy. Unfortunately, we do not succumb to threats as we are open & transparent and welcome you to visit us before placing your order.

Went for dinner with my daughter as a treat.knew it was really expensive intended for people who don't look at the prices. Food very average nothing out of the ordinary except the price,but the main problem was the chairs.i have never been so uncomfortable in any restaurant I have ever been.i told the waiters and she said they were new from China.it was like a form of torture. Sorry I can't be charged your extortionate prices to be made to feel that uncomfortable. Never again.

Thank you so much for arranging a wonderful lunch for my brother's wedding celebration.Ralph met with us before to discuss our requirements and really went out of his way to accommodate our requests.On the day of our lunch, Nacito and Sheldon provided us with a great service. We had a private seating area for our 24 guests. The food was perfect, the presentation beautiful and the service outstanding! All our guests really enjoyed it. Okay only recently found Panshi....had take out ...yum....went for Sat eve dinner yummy....had tthem out to do post wedding catering about 3 weeks later...faB ...fab ...GREAT FOOD...highly recommended......just order for less numbers as the portions were very generous!

Light takeaway from this reliably decent place, which would accompany a David Fincher double bill of âGone Girlâ and âZodiac.â Fantastic sesame prawn on toast, with vegetable spring rolls, pak choy and some noodles. Entered the restaurant as a solo diner after a 12 hour shift, hungry, tired and looking forward to trying a new eatery. Was told that they need the table back in 90 minutes, which was absolutely fine. Ordered the âspecial offerâ of three starters and asked for a main or pad thai. After the starters arrived, and were eaten, I sat waiting for 20 minutes for the main until was asked if I wanted a tea of coffee and reminded there was a time limit on the table. I told the waiter that they had clearly forgotten my main course. She asked if the waiter had read my order back to me and I had agreed it - was this somehow suggesting it was my fault as I had t reconfirmed my menu choice ?! I asked for the service charge to be removed and left, still a bit hungry and with a generally ârushedâ feeling. They were also clearly training up many new young waiters - totally fine, we all have to learn, and no problem with this, but the waitress also alluded to âas you can see we are training staff this eveningâ as if that excused my forgotten main! One of the young male trainees needs to be advised that standing right next to a diners table doing gym-stretches and calf / quads stretches is not appropriate. Sadly, I wonât be back. This was one of our favourite places however after the last visit, we won't be going anymore. I don't know what's happened. It was never very cheap but the food was always good and we felt it was worthwhile. However, not this time. When our curries arrived, couldn't believe how small they were! Normally we'd have 2 naans, one rice between us and a curry each and it was enough. We were still hungry. And the curries were just ordinary., at best The naan bread was also small and somewhat burnt - more than it should be. Since when do they charge so much for a few dips for the poppadoms? We didn't ask for them and hardly touched them and were charged! The atmosphere was not good and we felt somewhat ripped off when we left. Such a shame. It had been a miserable long day, miserable weather and was in a miserable mood.The only remedy? A fine takeaway from this superb restaurant to accompany a Gosling double bill of âThe Nice Guysâ and âDrive.âPrawn Asworya, accompanied with Aloo Kauli and Veg Noodles was superb.The service is always excellent, and all the staff are brilliantly hospitable and warm.For me, true Nepalese food is vastly superior to any Indian or Bangladeshi meal - it is more diverse and has better flavour. Plus itâs less heavy.Great restaurant.

Good fresh sushi from skilled chef. Good variety of dishes, improved greatly from last visit two years ago. Staff friendly and helpful. Not cheap but great value, will visit again next time in Kingston!Thank you for your review, our menu is now much larger (130 items) and is mostly small tapas style dishes designed for sharing.
