So, first of all: The location is really poor - the restaurant is truly an "imbiss", i.e. it's in a back yard, and the inside is not decorated or welcoming. So as a piece of advice: Go for the take-away, and find yourself a nicer place to sit down. But: The food is really very good and incredibly cheap. I personally always opt for the Thai options, as they are hard to find elsewhere. Lots of spices, great sauces, and everything is freshly cooked in an open kitchen. The quality is excellent. The owners are also very friendly, and happy to accommodate extra wishes. So, if you want a fast but really satisfying lunch - this is a great alternative...

ok, this place is LEGIT GOOD SUSHI. i am in no way a sushi snob, but i've had a lot of exposure to sushi so i'd like to think i can make these judgements...and i was definitely not expecting to find such a place around the corner from a Baroque palace, but hey! life can be fun like that.the AYCE deal is really, really, really what you should have -- especially if you come during lunchtime prices. here's how it works: you get an iPad with a surprisingly easy interface. you can order up to 20 items for your table every 15 minutes. i highly recommend ordering 20 because whether you order 1 or 20 items, that 15-minute timer kicks in. so go ahead and tell your annoying brother to hurry up and make up his mind.the service is friendly and they will try to accommodate English speakers. however, with the iPad ordering, language is not an issue. the menu is incredibly extensive, and the ingredients are quality. the fish is really good -- order lots of it! and everything is made to order, so you're not getting some crap sushi that's been sitting around waiting for a victim. everything is super fresh.and yes, even desserts are included in the AYCE deal so everyone -- even your annoying brother -- will be happy!

Very friendly staff in this restaurant which has lots of space but just a few tables. It took almost an hour 'till the first course arrived, eventhough there were only six other tables. The food was tasty enough but far from the best I ever had.

We've been in this restaurant after eating at the awful Zambesi Restaurant in the twin hotel so we were expecting the worst since they seem to be run by the same people. But it's been lovely! The place is dark but elegant and tasteful. The food was very nice. The menu wasn't huge but it had two nice choices for vegetarians. I had tofu with vegetables and lentils and it was great. The tofu had a wonderful texture. The dessert (chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream) wasn't as good as the other dishes. The bread was great. I ordered some jasmine tea and it smelled amazing. The staff were particularly lovely with us: each of them and especially our waiter. They kept checking if everything was ok. Since the reastaurant was quite full they offered us a free starter and a free dessert for the waiting. Truth be told: we haven't waited much anyway! We appreciated the service very much. The cost was VERY reasonable. We were expecting to be charged much much more, considering our previous experience in the twin restaurant Zambesi where food was mediocre, the service non existing and the bill very pricey.I can say we were very happy with our dinner. If we had known we would have dined here every night.

After an entire day in Phantasialand park, we ended our trip with a buffet dinner at the Bamboo restaurant in the Asia themed hotel. The pricetag is a little steep but still affordable, especially for the choice of food that is offered. The buffet offers a big range of cold Asian specialities as well as lots of warm dishes. The chef makes any wok with your desired ingredients on request. Then end with some sweets from the dessert buffet. Don't forget to sneak in the children's buffet for some candy or candyfloss ;) All food is great and well prepared, although nothing very special or exclusive. The personnel is very friendly and professional. Seating can be chosen inside and outside depending on availability and the weather. On a summer evening, it's great to sit outside with sights over the hotel's garden.

We visited Na-Ree when staying locally at the Hotel Schloss Gracht. Food was very good, as good as food eaten in Thailand. Well worth a visit :)
