If you're lucky enough to have grandkids (or kids) that like something off of a sushi restaurant menu, Sushi Station II can be a fun place to go, especially with the sushi conveyor that seems endless in the Elgin restaurant. We arrived there, just as it was opening for lunch at 11:30 a.m., so we were the first to enter and we had our pick of the tables. My 5 year old grandson naturally took the seat closest to the conveyor belt that passed our table, and as soon as they came by, he went for two plates of endamame. We also had the kids try the steamed and salted endamame which is more of a special order. My 2 year old granddaughter went to town on the endamame & had about 3 1/2 bowls of them. For my grandson, he took a plate of salmon roe and loved it. We also had three different sushi plates from the conveyor belt, one being the Caribbean roll, a spicy tuna roll and the other being a bit more fiery, though I can't remember the name. For extra, we ordered gyoza, shumai, crab Rangoon and golden shrimp. Everything was good tasting. Chris, our server, was very attentive, efficient and personable. The price was reasonable.

Excellent Thai food, especially Masaman Curry. BYOB and now has Sushi.
I picked up Friday night takeout for the family and was very impressed with their friendliness, great customer service, and amazing food! We had the ginger shrimp, Bangkok curry noodles with tofu, sesame chicken, and pineapple fried rice. I really wish I had leftovers for breakfast! I think I might have to go back for lunch...

The building is an old Taco Bell Restaurant. You walk in and the décor is plain at best. The restaurant has a few tables. The gentleman who told me I could sit anywhere was also the waiter. He also answered the phone, cleaned the tables. He was the only server that I saw that evening. The noodle soup I ordered was very good and the portion was large. It was served hot. Picture included. The fried bread was different but good.I saw a small garden in the back of the parking lot. There was someone actually working in it as I walked out. Not sure what they were growing. I wished I would have asked if they used the food in this garden for the restaurant. I am guessing they do.The server was nice. Two young, children in the back of the restaurant playing and also having dinner. Guessing a family affair. No alcohol.I would gladly go back.
Have eaten lunch here several times. Food is decent, wide selection, good service and the prices seem reasonable. A very typical Chinese restaurant but overall pretty good.

Used to be a big fan of Noodles and Company until I found a long black hair in my food! Was too grossed out and had eaten too much to even complain. It is close to my house and I like the food choices, but sorry to say that hair has just grossed me out too much to return. Food is often cold by the time it makes its way to your table.
