Ordered at 6.45pm and promised in 45-60 mins....chased after 80 mins no apologies but will be on way shortly. Over 2 hours and it arrives....cold!!! Had problems in the past with missing items so 3 strikes and out.Golden Wok delivery customers pay the same price as walk in and deserve the same service.

I'm sure when they are on their game, the food and the atmosphere is top rate. As it should be with the quality of the name in the kitchen. Sadly, the front of house wasn't up to spec when my family and I visited earlier this month. Ignored at the podium, despite a reservation, no offer of water or drinks until we requested, never a check to see if the food was to our expectation, and a number of items on the menu not available. After the meal, there were a number of issues on the bill that the staff seemed to be ignorant to. It should not be a chore to give a business money. Trying to resolve the issue, onsite and online, few if any are willing to do anything other than provide lip service. Being an airport location, they may feel that they can get away with the "one and done" nature of most of their clientele. Outside the service, the food itself was very good and creative. I would love to try the other locations, but sadly with the service delivered on the first impression, I don't think I would if I had a choice.Dear Guestthank you for your feedback, albeit unusual. Always love going to the Megna Tandoori for their delicious food & meeting the efficient friendly staff & management who have become our friends over the many years that we have been going there with my wife, friends & family. We dine there very regularly & have never been disappointed & would never consider going to any other Indian restaurant whilst eating locally.

When Cups first opened we tried it and liked it. It has been brilliant to witness their rise as they have become busier and busier, whilst maintaining the good quality of the food. Their service is very efficient. I debated whether to stay in the queue (it was lunchtime) but before I could decide I was asked for my order - truly fantastic and these guys deserve a big pat on the back. They all work so hard and deserve the success that this small business has become. Keep it up.

The owner and staff are extremely courteous. The lunch menu consists of two courses. You choose from about 6 starters and 6 mains, then both courses come at once, on the same plate. I've eaten there 3 times, each time trying different dishes. They were all delicious.

This is the first time we have visited the new restaurant....Looks impressive from the outside, but unfortunately it seems to have lost that personal service and charm that the old place used to have...To be honest the food was still very nice but we were served by a waiter who obviously didnât know his way round what we found was a very confusing and large menu!Certainly seems to have gone up a notch in price (maybe thatâs a must with the new premises)Itâs a shame, it was our point of meeting friends in Staines, we probably wonât return. It just lacked that certain something....Sorry Sushi Naraâ¹ï¸

My husband and I overnighted at the Sheraton skyline before heading home. We are not very familiar with Indian food so we asked our lovely waitress Punam to suggest what we should try. Wow were we impressed, the flavours and variety were amazing! We were both so full but couldnât stop eating. Punam was so lovely and helpful. Even though I live locally I hadnât been to the pub since it had changed to KTM Rox. I had been recommended the food by a friend and must say I pleasantly surprised at how much it had changed for the better.Yes the drink prices are more on par with Twickenham/Richmond but we were happy to pay more for the relaxed atmosphere. I also thought the food was very good value as even the small plates are a generous size.Iâm not normally a fan of dumplings but their momoâs have converted me, I will be back soon for sure!â¥ï¸
