Went here on a Wednesday night; got there shortly after 7pm. While I was seated immediately it took over 10 minutes for one of the waitresses(they had about 6) to decide to take my table and ask for a drink order.The food selection is very limited for a buffet style restaurant and the whole time I was there they did not once bring out more food; at $ CAD 17.95 a bit steep for the selection and rather poor service. The Maple Leaf Buffet in Moncton is much much better with greater selections and good service.

We reached the part of town that had very limited number of restaurants and upon seeing a Chinese restaurant we decided to give it a try after doing some reading. The restaurant is tiny with limited tables. The menu itself is very limited and had no vegetarian options. Upon asking if they can make some adjustments, which they could. We were not too hungry so we just ordered a vegetarian Fried Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables. The Fried Rice was heavy on Soy Sauce and low in any other flavours and very few vegetables. The Stir Fry had some Bok Choy, cauliflower and broccoli. The Stir Fry had lots of garlic and that's it. For a small town, our expectations were very low and the food met those expectations.

First things first...this is not what I would call a sushi restaurant. They have some sushi, but a lot of sushi-like items too. Asian fusion might be a little more appropriate. Don't get me wrong though...service and food were very good! The raw fish selection is not as extensive as what one would find at a typical sushi restaurant, but what they had seemed fresh. They had a wide variety of maki rolls, but many of them were made with chicken, bacon, fruits, or other non-fish selections. Nothing bad with that and it all tasted good...just keep that in mind when setting your expectations. Overall, it's a good spot that I would say created their menu to accommodate local expectations.

My expectations were not high on entering. However, the restaurant across the street (currently #4 on Trip Advisor) was closed and we were hungry. Sadly, the service was minimal (not even a smile) and the food was worse. Over cooked egg rolls, tepid fried rice and almost inedible chow mein. I was hard pressed even to give a tip.
