Reviews on Asian food in Eastern Cape, South Africa. The Eastern Cape is a province of South Africa. Its capital is Bhisho, but its two largest cities are Port Elizabeth and East London. It was formed in 1994 out of the Xhosa homelands of Transkei and Ciskei, together with the eastern portion of the Cape Province. Landing place and home of the 1820 settlers, the central and eastern part of the province is the traditional home of the Xhosa people.

Fushin Sushi and Eastern Cuisine is situated in the charming neighbourhood of Richmond Hill in Port Elizabeth. You will find us on Stanley Street, where you can choose to enjoy your meal inside our comfortable restaurant, or take a seat outside and enjoy
Whilst in PE for two nights for work ,we decided to visit Fushin after the previous nights lovely meal at Muse.Read the extensive reviews on TA and thought do many can't be wrong. We decided to order a large variety of shushi dishes from the menu and yes the service was great but I somewhat felt the shushi was mediocre.I've eaten a lot of shushi and having lived in cape Town for the last few years I do enjoy seafood and shushi. This offering from Muse did in my opinion maybe suffice for PE patrons but not to my pallette.Visually executed well...taste not so we'll.

An amazing Indian Cuisine restaurant, where flavors are big and the owners and staff are attentive and caring, from the moment you step inside you are made to feel welcome. The food is amazing. If you enjoy a little heat on your taste buds with loads of flavor then this is a must.

All you can eat everyday sushi buffet with an awesome selection of seafood and grill, or watch your chef cook in front of you on with our special Teppanyaki dishes.
Sitting outside on the deck on a deserved #Friyay afternoon after a long hard week, I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely ambience created at this sushi restaurant situated in a rather uninspiring little shopping center in PE.They have a lovely range of sushi, teppanyaki, and other interesting seafood mains on the menu, all fairly reasonably priced. I was super-impressed with my sashimi salad which, at R98, was gratefully generous in the amount of sashimi (salmon, tuna, prawn and crabsticks) served on a bed of fresh crisp, julienned and spiralised greens, fashionably presented in a deep salad bowl, unlike the accustomed small sushi-plate servings! My hubby opted for a selection of salmon roses and the Tempura prawn sushi, which he ordered with their wicked superhot Wasabi. There a few things that make me cry, and this (I'm ashamed to admit), was one of them! Our meal was beautifully paired with a glass each of the house Sauvignon Blanc. The service was prompt and professional, with the manager even coming to check up on the quality of service. A lovely experience; and I would most certainly be back for my powerhouse value-for-money sashimi salad with the superhot Wasabi!!
