We have eaten many times...both lunch and dinner. Good food and reasonable prices. But sadly that last 4 or 5 times the resturant has really slipped on the cleanliness. The soya bottles were sticky with dried on food. The tables sticky. Food on the floors. They have a quick turn over in staff so maybe this is why. Last time both my husband and I were grossed out. We do enjoy this resturant but can't enjoy eating there anymore.

Visiting in Duncan and had a craving for Chinese food.saw this place,it was busy so figured food must be good.It was great,3kinds of chow mein, best sweet and sour I've had in a long time.We did smorgasbord ,nothing greasy fresh, and piping hot.Service was fast and friendly.

I frequent this restaurant often! It has healthy, delicious and quickly served food that in very large portions for extremely fair prices.I love popping in for an early lunch and grabbing a Vietnamese iced coffee to go before wandering around the Sunday market. Some of the appies leave a little bit to be desired, but their pho and noodle dishes have never let me down. The service is exactly what you'd expect for a non-fine dining, similarly priced Vietnamese restaurant any where. If you're looking for amazing, high-level service, you should probably head to a high-end, fancy restaurant. ;) If you're happy with a friendly smile and quickly served, tasty food, you'll love it here.

The food here is excellent! I love the fact Pheap and Sodany have made such a huge success of their little enterprise. From their beginning not all that long ago in a difficult to access upstairs venue to today is a testament to their determination! They are new Canadians who recognize how fortunate we are to live in this country. They work hard and deserve every success!

Best Sushi on Vancouver Island! We offer Korean BBQ and many other Japanese dishes. Something for everyone!
Japan Town is a lovely little family run sushi restaurant in an easy to miss location. The service is always wonderful. After quite a few visits to Japan Town, I can safely say that this is my "go to" sushi joint on Vancouver Island. They do serve Korean food, but I tend to stick to the classics: sashimi, nigiri and a sample of rolls.

We were SO excited when we found out about Saigon Subs opening in Duncan a couple years ago after lacking a good option for Banh Mi all this time. They do a damn good job too! Always welcomed by a friendly smile and great service too.

Since 2005 they have been serving the area. The menu, posted on the wall has many options, a variety of delicious offerings. While we were there the phone rang constantly with a continual stream of folks arriving to collect their take-out. Quickly prepared on a grill, visible to all. Bubble tea and the usual beverages offered.

This is a simple restaurant. nothing fancy inside, but the servers are kind and the owner/head cook is available to talk food with.Occasionally the noodles are lumped together, I've read other people mention this, but the flavours of the food has always been very good. Heat can be a bit sporadic a medium heat dish one time is a bit much for me, next time not enough.Still all in all a worth while dinning experience. we go here every 3 weeks or so, and really do enjoy it.

My wife and I were looking forward to lunch after reading the excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. The menu choices are good, service was superior in every way. We chose won ton and the dynamite rolls which we really enjoyed. It was not too crowded and everything looked clean. We appreciated the fact we did not have to endure loud background music as is so common now. We live in Victoria but this make a great day trip.
