Having tried elsewhere that evening but walked out because of no licence to sell alcohol we stumbled across TrishnaIt looked busy when we walked in but there wernt many tables in this small roomWe were told we could sit in the upstairs restaurant which was large and more tradionally Indian, howevre we were alone all evening a bit strangeThe young lad that served us did a fantastic job in looking after us and was very very polite. We felt slightly left out and luckily we like plenty of time between courses alas others may have complained about the timespanCouldn't fault the food extremely nice just a small complaint the peswari nan was ok but a bit plain tastingThe young lad said we could pay downstairs when we're ready so we left him a tip on the table however paying was awkward standing between 2 tables while others were eating. Certainly wouldn't want to sit at those 2 tablesLeft without the manager saying thanks or goodbyeWill I return errrr noThe yong lad told us we should pay

Absolutely love this place. Could eat their mixed starters for the main course too! Reasonable prices and food really good. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only one niggle - take the OK sauce off the crispy beef and put chilli sauce on. The OK sauce is too salty!

My son treated me to a takeaway from here one Saturday evening. Service and delivery excellent. Food freshly cooked and piping hot. Cannot fault the food here and throughly enjoy meals in the restaurant and takeaway. Takeaway is restaurant quality, and this is why it is always a winner. Family favourites include tandoori chicken, butter and korma chicken with naans and rice all excellent.

A word of warning, Saturday nights can be manic. We queued for nearly an hour for a takeaway and several potential customers left in despair after the restaurant became overwhelmed with hungry people. Could there not be a system in place that allows the staff either to alert people how long their order will take or restrict the number of folk waiting at any given time. Eventually our meal appeared but one item was missing. The meal was as tasty as ever but by that time we would have eaten anything.

Is it my imagination or has the portions got smaller. I always make sure I tell them no onions. I love the curries and usually canât eat the full amount. This time there was a smaller than usual portion and not enough curry sauce so made the rice very dry. Such a shame as it puts me off going back.
