Iâve had a lot of Thai food in my day and Iâm not sure this stacked up. The staff were more than friendly and attentive and service was really good, and thatâs where it stopped. The Appetizer was the spicy dumpling which was pretty ok and Iâd recommend that. Serving size was small though. My main course was prepared in a way that Iâve never had it. The meat was ground and the veggies were barely cooked at all. It was like eating ground beef with raw veg and no other flavor at all. The menu said spicy item but it wasnât even close. I donât feel like Iâm holding a grudge it was not worth a return trip thats for sure. I tossed my whole meal in the trash since I got it to go. No thanks, Iâm good.

My daughter granddaughter and myself had lunch here today. We have been here in the past. The service was fast and friendly. As soon as they see you have kids with you they bring you out a little bowl of rice to keep them occupied/from starving. My daughter ordered chicken and shrimp lo mein and only thought it was OK I got the general Tso chicken with fried rice and thought it was very good. The restaurant is a favorite in the community and is very clean.

Clean and quick with a pretty good menu. Very convenient with the drive through, this is were we get our Asian food now.

Busy. Dirty buffet and floor. Some of the food was not hot and looked as though it had been sitting on the buffet too long. Everything tasted like it was made with sugar. We do not like sugar in our food. Some people may like it? The shrimp had the veins still in them and didn't have any spice. The crab legs were good but hard to get out of their shells. The smell of the food nauseated my husband and he was not able to eat. The price was great (especially if my husband had been able to eat his food). The service was OK. We won't eat here again... mainly because we don't like sweet food and because it wasn't clean enough. If you like sweet food you may enjoy eating here. It may have been so dirty because it was very busy.

China 1 is the Best Chinese Restaurant in the Festus Area !!! Their Food is Delicious and the Service is Fantastic !!! They are so Friendly---They know what I want before I can even tell them !!! I call ahead most of the time and they have our dinner Ready before I walk in the door. I look forward to eating from China 1 at least once per week. You should give them a try---You won't be sorry.
