Ristorante Il Vizio is located in hotel Quattrotorri, Perugia. It offers modern italian food and sushi. All plates are nice, staff is very friendly and service is excellent!. Prices are a little bit higher than in a normal italian restaurant, but the quality of food is very high. Do not miss to taste the sweets!

New japanese restaurant in perugia cooking sushi and ramen, local friendly well furnished with many private rooms to eat in the company with maximum privacy. Specialty tempura, maki, soups, ravioli and rice.

This is a great Japanese restaurant, at unbelievable prices, with friendly and efficient service. Almost too good to be true. An all-you-can-eat formula delivers every Japanese delicacy you can think of - sushi, sashimi, Mali, tempura, tepanyaki, gyoza. All delicious. The wait staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is airy, clean, beautifully styled, and with private rooms screened off in the traditional Japanese way. It is a delight, in the most unexpected of places. It does not look promising from the outside, as it is in the ground floor of a hotel which sits at the edge of a sprawling commercial centre of large shopping malls. But it is more than worth a trip. Do not miss!!

All the sushi and sashimi dishes at this restaurant are to die for! I like how they don't overdo on the rice in their rolls and the avocado inside of them is on point ripe. Fish is fresh and very tasty. I also loved their tempura, it was very crispy and not heavy like at other places. I'm not a fan of their Chinese and warm dishes, because they seemed warmed up in the microwave. Service is nice, not very fast but I didn't mind.

Nice small restaurant with freshly prepared Japanese food which is what I appreciate there the most, good service, relaxed atmosphere, and very good price for what it offers, just note that this is not an upscale place, but it does stick out positively in the sea of larger cheap Asian all-that-you-can-eat places in Perugia.
