Frequented this place for dinner. The nine of us all tried different dishes and all were good. I had the spicy beef which was tasty. Go ahead and give this place a try. Oh, the potato tornado is a fun finger food, especially if you have kids.

Tonight was call-it-in and pick-it-up. Dinner for five was excellent; no complaints from anyone. The sushi rolls are superb and all the hot dishes excellent. You can request the degree of 'spicyiness' and they come through perfectly. Order was complete when we arrived and exacty what was ordered by phone.

Driving up to Gainesville from Miami and wanted Thai food. Searched the internet and found this great place. As others have said the decor is nothing to look at but the food is super fresh and delicious. Owner very nice. Lovely salad came with the meal. My noodle dish was outstanding with loads of fresh vegetables and tofu. My husband's chicken panang curry had just the right level of spicy. The portions were HUGE. Leftovers for lunch today. Really super place. Wish we lived closer. Go you will be glad you did.

Moon Thai & Japanese Coral Springs features a carefully prepared Thai & Japanese menu with the highest quality ingredients. Customer service is our top priority so come enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
Had dinner with the family, party of 4. After telling us the wait would be 10 - 15 minutes, they didn't seat us for close to 40. The service was very poor, but the food was good. Was hard to get water refills, food took forever to come out, and when it did, it didn't all come at once.

We have lived in Coral Springs for only a year. My husband had a hankering for Chinese food tonight, and we decided to try Red Ginger Asian Bistro for the first time.We are so glad we did! We arrived at about 7:15 PM on a Saturday night. The parking lot area nearest the restaurant was almost completely full, but we got the one remaining spot. We walked into the restaurant, and although it was extremely busy, with takeout and dine-in customers, we were able to be seated within just moments. Our server, Amy, promptly greeted us and took our drink order. We got a pot of hot tea, and it was piping hot & delicious. My husband ordered miso soup to start, and he received a generous serving of it, in a bowl. He really enjoyed it. I ordered Vegetarian Spring Rolls to start. They were perfect, and were served with generous portions of both Honey Mustard sauce and Duck sauce. My entree was Honey Garlic Chicken, served with rice, and my husband's was called "Rainbow from the Sea", which is a mixed bowl of shrimp, crabmeat, scallops, and veggies in garlic sauce, served with rice. We both enjoyed our entrees, and could not finish them because the portions were very large. We brought the rest of our food home with us. Service was pleasant and prompt. We had no complaints whatsoever. We agreed that this restaurant is definitely worth returning to!
