Customer service is very good. I was in a hurry to catch my flight so ordered the chicken cashew nut salad as well as the fish cake. The fish cake was really good. However the dipping sauce was horrible- it literally was disgusting. The chicken cashewnut salad was below par. Too sweet and it had shrimps too which was fried- wasnt a big fan. Thus to simmer the sweetness i asked for green chilli vinegar- when it came i realized it was 95%water. I requested again - the waiter said it is vinegar and i told him to check prop2again. Finally the right vinegar came. Overall had an average experience. Pricewise its ok.

Once again Bonanza delivers a great dining experience. I was there with my family in August and this time experience was better than last time. All staff members were very professional and helpful. Wait staff was on top of everything. Every time we needed a refill they were there. Their food arrived on time and was hot and delicious. Reshmi butter masala was out of this world. A friend of mine suggested this item (which is not the menu) and I am glad I took his advice. The best Indian dish I had in Bangladesh. If you go there request this dish and you will not regret.

nice restaurant. food is tasty. ambience good. trendy. good environment. internal decoration good. good for family, friends, small parties. but food is over priced. i think it is too expensive. quantity of food they serve is also less compared to other restaurants of same category. they serve Indian, kebab, tandoory, Chinese, Thai and continental food. different baverages, fruit juice, tea, coffee are available.

We were hungry and this was the nearest one, the food was ok, service was not bad but there is scope for improvement in cleanliness. They should have more lights too especially the sitting ares away from the window.

I had dinner on January 22nd with my relatives on my visit to Chittagong from London. All the dishes were pleasing to the palate; soup, noodles, fried rice, fish cakes, lobsters, steamed fish and more. Service was excellent; waiters were pleasant and professional. Since I was a guest, I am unable to tell whether it is expensive or reasonable to dine there. Personally, I would emphasize on taste, good portion and service before the price.

The place is good, the food is tasty and it does not burn your pocket. But what stopped this place from getting a better rating is its overall ambiance - a bit run down. However, if you are staying in Radission or near it, this place can be an excellent choice of having dine in than burning your wallet with the exorbitant price of Radission for some below average food.Like the place, would probably go again.

My hosts took me to this restaurant after we finished some business meetings in Chittagong. I was pleasantly surprised as there were many excellent food options that were satisfying to my Western palette. The atmosphere of this place is unique and it reminded me almost of a German beer hall. Great place to go with a group and a lot of delicious choices.

Went here with whole family while staying at Well Park Hotel around the corner and the main dry tandoori clay oven dishes were of good qualityThe time taken clearly shows the food was made fresh and the tasteThe design and decor inside is modern and the main curry dishes recommended for my taste preference were bang on and the same with the naan breads cut in nice sections in little trays as we have here in the UK in some placesOur appetite wasnât big and we had a few meals and it was surprisingly cheap which was a added bonus
