From the outside it looked a little plain and sterile but ventured in as there were quite a few tables taken and upon entering knew the diners were local so that is normally a good sign. One of the young girls who served us appeared to be very inexperienced and would benefit from learning from the other girl working with her who was way more efficient and in control. The food was very tasty and quite generous in size. The pork rib cutlets in plum sauce were extremely good. The prices were very reasonable and we bought BYO and were not charged corkage.

Excellent food and tremendous value. If looking for Asian food in this part of the 'burbs, highly recommended. At times can be noisy but that is part of the alive, authentic atmosphere. Often frequented by Asian students who enjoy the food. BYO. Tariff is moderate, prices reasonable--effective combination for a most enjoyable meal. Do recommend a booking.
More than 70 pax sitting, fully licences, big authentic Nepalese meal, famous Nepalese momo (dumpling). Good for function as well
Beautiful food and excellent service.Nice to have something a little different from the usual Asian and Indian fare.Very tasty - you should go.Only downside is the interior could do with a makeover.Thank you for your review we glad you liked it we really appreciate that, regarding the interior we tried to gave look as Nepalese theme that may have looked different than others. If this still doesnât help we can change it later on. Thank you and namaste

This restaurant was recommended to us, and we were not disappointed. An extensive menu gave plenty of choice and we went with Vietnamese fillet steak, Grilled chicken with ginger and shallot salsa, and stir fried vegetables. The chicken was particularly good, but all dishes were enjoyable. We will definitely be back here.

I like this place for good asian food, I normally just get a lunch special for $8.50 from their lunch menu to eat in the evening it is great quality for the price, one day I will eat inside and order from the main menu

For a restaurant atop a shopping centre Kinn ticks all the boxes without resorting to the food court genre we all know and love. This is affordable upper-market Thai food in a relaxed atmosphere served with crisp no-nonsense efficiency (and an occasional nod to the âland of smilesâ for which the country is famous). On this lunch-time occasion for entre we had the deep-fried tofu which was silken on the inside and served with a delicate sweet/hot sauce, and the pork ribs for main which albeit hardly a traditional Thai dish was smothered in a piquant sticky sauce, cooked to perfection and served with a perfectly dressed salad. Combined with some steamed rice and fresh cut chilli on the side, delicious.Weâll be back.

Love visiting here and love the sushi train! If you can't see what you want, the staff are very friendly and happy to make it for you. Never disappointed with the quality or taste. Downside is - it a little pricey. Always welcomed when you walk in, with a friendly goodbye when you leave also.

Could not fault this restaurant. Lovely, small space. Food prepared at the table which was just delicious. Lots of little share dishes to match. Great menu. Takes Entertainment Card. BYO. We will be back. Loved it.

Revisited this restaurant after an absence of several months.Service was, as always, friendly and attentive although the accents of some of the ladies were a bit thick. We chose a crispy pork disk and a duck curry. Portions were a good size, we took some of each home, and the duck had plenty of meat. Some of the port pieces were a little coercooked and chewy but otherwise the meal was very tasty. There is a wine list with beers, and some nice non alcoholic drinks. Prices are reasonable, and I have no doubt we will revisit.Thank you for your comments. We will concentrate more to cook pork belly perfectly. Hope to see you again.Regards,Wirat PattanakajornAbsolute Thai Charlestown Chef

This was Fathers DayMy daughter took me for lunch at the restaurant. The place was nearly deserted at 1-15pmWe asked for a nice table and in an almost empty restaurant was directed to a tiny 2 seat table right next to the kitchen doors. So I said, "it's Father's Day, do we have to sit next to the kitchen?" and looked around me.With a considerable amount of mumbling the waiter took us to a better table and said can you order quickly we close in 30 minutes !Music quite loud and not Indian............contemporary Rap or or somethingAt this point we should have left.....................................So evidently whilst they have a pretty full menu, most of what we initially ordered "isn't available"As also it turned out on the spirits and cocktails menu. My daughter said she would have a "Mocktail" and just forget the alcohol, but again "sorry not available".Then an intercom or something started up next to the till at ear splitting volume. At THIS point we should have left.................................Anyway with the waiters help (ha-hah), we managed to get a meal sorted out. Here is the curious thing though, the food was superb. So all up here's my recommendation; If you don't mind surly unhelpful staff and the possibility of sitting on a table the size of a toadstool, don't want a drink, and don't mind Rap and a really really loud intercom between the till and somewhere else but like Indian food, this might be where you end up.BUT, like many of my reviews,There are loads of places to go in Warners Bay so why go somewhere where you really are intruding on their time and space and just go somewhere else.Newcastle is just up the road and has brilliant Indian Restaurants.
