I often stop at the grocery store next door to get our supply of Kimchi and fresh vegetables, and occasionally I treat myself to lunch at the restaurant. The Spring Rolls are the best in town and the dishes are fresh and delicious. If you like spicy, the Lemon Grass Beef will warm your soul. The fruit slushes are a fun treat too.

A perfectly acceptable Chinese restaurant. There is a buffet which I avoid whenever possible and one can order off the menu. The hot and sour soup was disappointing in its blandness. I ordered the Angry Chicken (the menu says âtry it if you dareâ). It was what I call medium spicy. The chicken was tasty and tender but the vegetables were no crisp. Overall a pleasant experience but I would seek other Chinese restaurants in Cedar Rapids for something less ordinary. A second visit has confirmed that the Chinese cuisine here is very ordinary. I have not tried the sushi

The Quarter Barrel is like a "your mom" joke that serves killer pizza and hand crafted beers and is loaded with classic arcade and pinball machines. But then, so's your face. The Quarter Barrel Arcade & Brewery is, well, a brewery. Half of the 24 draught
If you miss the classic Arcade and pinball games and you want to have a beer and some food while playing the classics.... Quarter Barrel should satisfy what you are looking for.Unfortunately there were a few issues during our visit that make me reluctant to go back. For starters, they were having issues with one of their pizza ovens so there was a slight haze inside and it smelled like burnt pizza. Second, we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon and they were incredibly understaffed as we waited 5-10 minutes for a waitress to recognize us, before having to place our food order at the bar. Third, due to their admitted issue with one of their pizza ovens, it took about 30 minutes for our pizza order to arrive. Fourth, I ordered the Pulled Pork Sliders but only received a Pulled Pork Sandwich. Our waitress said the menu wasn't changed to reflect the change in the entree. The sandwich was pretty good, but the chips that came with it were bland. We did enjoy the classic Arcade games and pinball but the food was just average and because of the issues, we had to scarf our food down to make the concert we were in town to see.

6 of us came in for my.daughters birthday. Service was friendly and attentive. I like the ability to go back multiple times and create different entrees. They had calimari, muscles, krab, other fish, beef, chicken and sausage the Sunday evening we were there. Nice 0lace to get in quick and be eating within 10 minutes.

This is one of our favorite places to go for lunch. Every day of the week has a 6$ (roughly depending on what you order) lunch deal which includes an egg roll and a wonton along with soup choice and your main entree. This place fills up at lunch time so you want to get there early so you don't have to wait! Prices in the evening aren't as good but that is coming from MRS Frugal! Food is brought out quickly and hot!

I usually don't repeat restaurants when visiting a new city, however this restaurant is a good reason to break the rule. The food is delicious and the attention is polite and on time. not to mention that the way is organized gives a nice touch to enjoy. if you like Japanese food don't miss this place.

Wanted something flavorful and filling so the hubby and I decided to try Siamville. We walked into the restaurant and the aromas where very pleasing. We were seated right away for dinner and it was during a Friday night so I thought it would take awhile however it did not. The place was pretty busy but had a few tables that were empty so that helped with seating us quickly. As we reviewed the menu there where lots of options to choose from like appetizers, salads, noodle dishes, main dishes, and options on the main dish for type of meat or veggie. You also have the option on how spicy you would like your dish to be from 1-5 flames. This option makes your dish unique if you like the heat in your meal! I definitely would recommend the yellow curry as it has lots of flavor and is very hearty served with rice. Hubby ordered the masman curry which he enjoyed also served with rice. Dessert is also an option here which if you have room after your meal I would recommend. Overall the service was very good and the food was excellent for being in Cedar Rapids I would highly recommend it.

Stopped her for lunch - service was ok, not great, but food was good. Had fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce then fried noodles, not on menu, with vegetables and meat with sauce on top - delicious!! Price was also very competitive. I would go back

I have eaten here in the past with a large family group and the food and service were excellent. However, this time as we were just passing through with little time, we ordered takeout. The girl who took our order and answered our questions was obviously new, flustered, unfamiliar with the menu and over charged us. Mine was ok but my husband was very disappointed as his was nothing close to what he was expecting. I will chalk it up to a lack of communication as the place was packed and was always wonderful before - just not this time.
