Award Winning Chef/Owner. Freshly prepared, fresh fish and seafood, banquet room, large party, caterings, weddings, rehearsal dinner and corporate events.
I have been there several times. Iâve had a variety of things, like I said, never a disappointment. Last time I had the salmon, the best Iâve ever had. If you stay at the Marriott Courtyard itâs just a few steps from their door. EnjoyMahalo Chiliedog

This unimposing Chinese restaurant serves great food for very affordable prices. The ordered Chicken Broccoli tasted very good. The service was friendly, too.
What a treat to have dined here with Family. Sushi, pho, craft beer,: what more can you ask for? Finally, there is a quality Asian restaurant in Carrollton. Snappy service with a pleasant and accommodating staff. Food was nicely presented and the pho was amazing. The part of our group that ordered the sushi was impressed and satisfied.

The food in many Chinese restaurants seems to vary only in the sauce it's in, not in the preparation, but at Evergreen, the dishes are distinctive. The lunch buffet includes three soups, I believe, in addition to the main dishes. The hot and sour soup is my favorite of all the Chinese restaurants I've gone to -- just enough vegetables, still crunchy. I'm not especially fond of sweet sauces, but I enjoyed the ones I had, and there were several non-sweet ones that were excellent. I think I would have enjoyed a dish with more spiciness, but most dishes were mild. One of the best things about this restaurant is that it isn't noisy. There is quiet background music, but even when seated near the entrance to the kitchen, you can still have a quiet conversation with your dining partners. This alone would keep me going back! The staff was quiet, attentive without hovering, and competent. The owners seem to care about their customers and are quick to notice when something is lacking. All told, this is a comfortable place to go with no surprises from visit to visit -- kind of a home away from home.
Typical Asian Buffet fare - the chicken is a compressed substance that may or may not contain chicken - same with the beef. I ate lunch there on a weekday hoping Carrollton may finally getting some decent Asian food in an affordable restaurant. Unfortunately, we were seated in the rear dining area even though there were several tables up front. The old Hong Kong restaurant which was down the street had shrimp and a few more Chinese dishes. This restaurant is going to have to serve a little more decent foods - even if it means a price increase. WE WILL GLADLY PAY FOR GOOD FOOD!!
