We have visited several times before and enjoyed the whole experience i.e. Attentive service, good food, Star Trek decor. However, we were quite taken aback by the bill this time as it was about 20% more than we expected (based on similar meals and drinks in other Indian restaurants that were have visited on the Fylde coast and interesting nationally.

What a lovely hidden gem this is, I went with my friend Mandy for Saturday lunch not knowing if we could or couldn't have an Indian meal (lunch) after looking on the internet as part of a day out...... 3 courses later for £9.95 each plus drinks and we were blown away. The food was fantastic, the service was top, friendly, inviting and very pleasant. The window was dressed with pictures of milkshakes and burgers which I thought was doing the restaurant no justice whatsoever for the fantastic Indian food that it served.... if you happen across this cafe look past the pictures and head on in and try the Indian food.... I'm heading back to take my family. Excellent

Spotted this restaurant while driving through Layton. Decided to try it this evening and we were not disappointed. Itâs small but the food and atmosphere is amazing. Every dish was fantastic. Cooked to perfection. They are going to close for some renovations next week to extend and hopefully have a bar.Would definitely recommend Ting Tong and look forward to going back.

First time at this brilliant restaurant, wonât be the last.Staff are wonderful, very informative, nothing too much.The food is absolutely delicious.Great wine and very reasonably priced.Would highly recommend.The only off putting part of the experience was a very noisy large group ( not the restaurants fault ) made it difficult to have a conversation.They wonât be there every time lol.

This is a very good Indian restaurant in Blackpool, the tandoori chicken here is pretty good and the prices are cheap too. They have a large variety on the menu, like curries, biryani, lots of vegetarian options, rice dishes, milder dishes like masala and finger food starters. The staff were very efficient and the service was good. The restaurant is not that big, but there is a nice atmosphere to it. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol which is great. Overall pretty good Indian food with a lot of variety.

We had a meal at The Akash Saturday 19th October. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and served promptly. I would definitely return when next in Blackpool and would recommend to family and friends. Can't praise it enough

Visited here as a group of four for dinner. This is the first Indian Iâve visited in Blackpool. I eat Indian food a lot and this was in my opinion a first class meal. We had some work in the same street and saw the public waiting to go into the restaurant. The following day we finished late a agreed to go over. What a good choice. Although we had to wait 30 min it was well worth it. The owener made sure we were looked after and made welcome. The food was great and the experience was to.If you go make sure you try it was a great surprise to find this level of service and food.
