Wow our friends took us here for dinner and this place is just full of character and reminds me of Daly Waters Pub in the NT. The food was fantastic and Frank the owner is very quick witted and enjoys a yarn during the evening. Make it for lunch or dinner but suggest you book in advance so your not disappointed and miss out. Itâs a bit out of town if ya gunna have a drink but they do pick you up and take you home again. Wonderful evening spent with great friends.

Given the reviews we had reasonable expectations of this restaurant however we we disappointed with the noodles we order for takeaway. The Beef Fried Noodle was extremely oily and flavourless and the Char Kwei Teow was very spicy to the point we couldnât really eat it.The spring rolls lacked filling and just seemed to be the pastry, very thick, flavourless and yuck.The staff member I spoke to on the phone didnât know what ingredients (meat etc) were in the dish when I asked, and all we got was, âchicken I think.There are far better places to eat at in the region.Very dissatisfied with this restaurant and disappointed we wasted our time and money at this restaurant.

Great to find something a little different from the plentiful pub food of the Riverland. The meals were too spicy for the kids despite asking for a reduction in chilli, but overall, it was good, quick food.
