The entire experience felt impersonal and the food was truly mediocre. The peaking duck was fatty and therefore chewy without and crispy skin whatsoever. The fried rice was tasteless, the Cantonese fillet steak was overcooked, sliced beef with Chinese mushroom was overcooked, honey chicken in batter was all batter and my banana fritter was cold within. Not a pleasant experience

The menu hasn't changed since this place opened. A reliable suburban regular. The sushi is always fresh. Hot dishes consistent. Their teriyaki dishes always good. Like the soup with the tempura have as well. Beef teriyaki on rice very good. Would be nice if the ladies behind the counter cracked a smile every now and again.

Food quality was really good with good sized portions and each dish had quite distinct flavours. The Chefs special dish was an authentic Thai dish with a reasonable amount of heat but very tasty indeed. Service was friendly and smiling although at times it was a little slow-ish. Good value. Given the standard of the food, I would go again as there were a number of dishes on the menu I would like to try.

We had a family dinner recently after this restaurant was recommended to us. The staff were amazing, they were always checking on us, informative and friendly. We had to wait over 45 min as there was another big group alongside us but staff did there best to help. We order the sliced beef with black bean sauce, sweet and sour pork, Peking duck and the chef special fried prawns with crushed garlic. Nothing stood out as above average. The chef's special though very tasty was very dry and had no sauce. I asked for chilli and soy sauce to help ease its dryness but it didnt really help. With respect any food court could have served me the same meals for under $40. So overall i was disappointed after spending $115 on very average food.

Well where do I start ? This place makes the best dim sims in Australia! Big call you might say ! We have been coming here since the early eighties for their delicious dim sims. I do consider myself a bit of a dim sim connoisseur and these take cake. Do yourself a favour! âï¸ by George!

Great little restaurant that has been an institution in Brighton for years. Never has the standard dropped with food or service. Has a function room upstairs that is perfect for small medium parties etc. Their lunch special is excellent value and delicious. Canât go wrong here.

Great local restaurant.We have been there a multiple time. Once with kids, and three other times with friends.Food was great, except for one time, when we ordered Salt & the Pepper Squid Salad. Squid wasn't good, it has a smell.We return it, but they didn't offer us anything else and charged us for it...We will definitely will go there again, but no squid for us next time :)
