This place is really nice, great homemade food and super friendly staff. Itâs easily the best Thai restaurant in the area with reasonable prices. Lots of different variations to choose from, this is really a hidden treasure!

We had dinner here and were watching one of the football games from the European Championship. The food is good and service is friendly. I had the mixed Pakoras as a starter. They came with a bit of green salad with an interesting mango dressing. Yum! The Pakoras were excellent. They were a bit tight on the Raita serving though.For the main course I chose the Shahi Chicken Korma. This was very tasty too.Will come back to this place. We are an international group that meet once a month for a reasonably priced meal. Again the Arirang did not let us down, we all enjoyed the food and the good service. The restaurant is around the corner from Hirschengraben 11, in Wallgasse, it is near the Mr. Pickwick pub.

We were in Bern in July 2017 and had a very enjoyable dining experience at Restaurant Aarbergerhof. It is located at Aabergergasse 40 which is a main street lined with outdoor restaurants. What set this restaurant apart was the availability of an English menu which contained a mix of modern French, Italian and Swiss cuisine, as well as, a good selection of wines. You can dine outside, or pass through an arcade set with several white-cloth tables that are well-spaced. The final choice is a very tasteful dining room which would be great in the winter. We dined in the arcade and had great service, wonderful menu selections (the Tagliata with steak and cream sauce was perfect) and an excellent choice of wines. A delicious dessert and coffee finished the meal. Had a chance to meet the co-owner Patrik Schaad. His staff follows in his footsteps...courteous and friendly. Would recommend it highly as being a cut above in ambience, food and service.

I have lunch regularly at the sushi bar. 4 excellent and fresh menu's to chose from. Mostly theyre pretty booked out so definitely book a table in advance and also they usually give you a deadline but absolutely worth the quality you get

This is mostly an Asian restaurant, but we were here at lunch time and the menu had a wide variety of choices. Located at the far end of old town, just before the bridge to the bears. We ate outside at a communal long table, but it was not very busy. I had a very large salad with tuna (canned variety), and partner had minestrone soup and Asian shrimp dumplings. I had a yummy lunch with mixed beef and carrots, accompanied by rice (CHF 14). The service so far is good, but partially self-service (drinks, chekout). 2.50 for a little bottle of a soft drink is very advantageous.It's located in a block where there are other restaurants (1 Chinese, 1 other Thai, 1 Pizza and Döner). For lack of a parking I had to walk for a while. The interior is basic, but well-kept.It's an acceptable spot, but competition is very keen in this area. All the best wishes !

Visited this place twice during our stay in bern and would love to go next time we are there. Surprisingly despite being located at a corner in bern, food is excellent and service is beyond excellent. Cook is from delhi and preparations gives you home made feeling. Also impressed by the way owner treated us on our both visits. He even Prepared special drinks for our kid and opened till late. Dal Makhani was amazing and stands out.Quick Advice- Dal dishes comes with rice, so order accordingly.
