Not been here for a while and thought we'd try it out for a change, seems to be a lot better and the food was top notch. Definitely be eating here again!

We pre booked a table for 8 people - family birthday treat for my son , age range 18-72! We had the table by the window, which was lovely. We ordered champagne , which was chilled and our normal a thousand poppadoms , as we eat our way through them as if we have never eaten them before. Chutneys were good. Everyone had something different, even my mother in law who never eats Indian food - she loved it. Meat was trash and sauces were great. I took my own cake , which they were mire then happy with. We somehow stayed in there for 4 hours .....good times ! The price at the end of the meal for 8 people was great- Thankyou

From the moment we entered to saying goodbye, the service here was brilliant. The staff are superb and make you feel so welcome itâs like dining with family. The water feature as you enter is really nice but the artwork throughout the rest of the dining area is somewhat questionable given the erotic nature! Itâs a modern Indian restaurant without the normal cultural photos and vibe. The table was large and clean and the whole visit really comfortable. The menu is a lot more concise than most other Indians but thatâs a positive; it was easy to select a dish even with some unique specials available. The small dining area meant the staff were really responsive at taking the order and always available throughout for drink orders and queries. The food was really good. Portion size was spot on and everything was tasty and cooked well. I did find that the spice levels were low so even ordering their hottest dish was mild to my taste, so worth considering asking for extra if youâre a heat lover. Other than that I struggled to find any other issues though - presentation was great and it was totally enjoyable.Itâs a popular choice for takeaways but dining in certainly offers a better experience and if Iâm looking for a local Indian meal in the future Iâll most likely be returning here!

Booked before an event so qualified for the early evening discounted menu. The restaurant gets busy very quickly. The tables are small and far too close together so although the staff are lovely they find it hard to reach customers so you practically serve yourself. Crab was pleasant and the dipping sauce piquant but the dumplings were average. We were told the jungle curry was very hot and opted for pork fried rice as were told the Krapow rice was very spicy. Bad choice. The rice was very bland and the jungle curry was spicy but not three chili hot as advertised. The Pad Thai was OK. Glad we didn't pay full price and won't return.

This is a great restaurant, and we have had many good meals but when I collect food they don't provide any discount and no freebies like extra poppadum's, things to put on poppodum's etc. which is pretty unusual in the competitive market that is takeaway food in Bedford. If you want a nice and cheap takeaway I'd go elsewhere!Hi! We hope you are keeping well : )We are glad you asked. Please take a moment to read what we have to say. Unfortunately many restaurants have fallen prey to this cycle and created a culture of 'freebies' which as a result has had a severe impact on their bottom line. Many restaurants have opened over the years and many sadly, have closed. Upon closer inspection you will find that such practices play a major role to the failure or success of a business. We believe it is also important for our customers to be made aware of this and if they truly enjoy the food and wish the business stay open, then we would in turn hope that we are supported as a local business. In addition to this, when we follow suite of neighbouring outlets and match offers, there will be a pricing war which only damages the business in the long run. Only those with larger pools of capital can sustain the loss as smaller outlets suffer and eventually fail.We hope this has given light to the situation and answered your question as it is something that we felt was important to address.
