Went here for the first time. Was busy but we were seated quickly because we werenât doing the hibachi. We didnât have to wait long to be greeted and given our drinks. Unfortunately thatâs where the good service ended. Our waitress took a good 15 minutes to come back and take our order. When our good came out, only half of us got our food. We waited almost another 10 minutes before the others got their food. She never refilled our empty cups. And she didnât even stop to ask if our food was ok. Now, for the food..... it was delicious. We got a variety of foods and no one had a complaint. It was filling, it was delicious and if it was based on the food alone, I would have given this review all 5 stars

This was a pleasant surprise. We found everything about this restaurant to be excellent. Decor, atmosphere, service, food, price, it was all appreciated. The lunch menu has many choices for a set low price. We couldn't finish our meal because there was so much food. The price is less than getting a burger down the street. If you enjoy Asian food you'll enjoy Eastern Paradise.

Food here is just ok, nothing special. Lot's of choices, but nothing stands out. I think ordering off of the menu might be a better choice. There are a lot of Chinese restaurents in the area to choose from.

This is our favorite Rochester restaurant! The food is always fresh and tasty, and a peaceful getaway from fast food. Everything is made to order and obviously the owners take pride in their cuisine. One day when I was having the Laarb, a kind of spicy salad, LC went out and picked an herb out of his front garden and let me taste it.

We had take out from here and I thought the food was mediocre at best. The food seemed warmed up, not fresh. Plenty of seating but not a soul in there. Tons of take out orders coming through. I was hoping this was going to be the best Chinese in town, but it's not I'm afraid. Warmed up and old like the rest of the places around here. Disappointed in the quality

We went because we heard the sushi was just fine. Indeed the Winter Roll was made appropriately and with fresh taste. No spectacular but fine.We had a couple of appetizers that were underwhelming. A chicken tempura was OK but the accompanying vegetables not well done. The crab rangoon tasted OK but with miniscule pieces of crab. The accompanying miso soup was under flavored almost dish water.Service was polite but untrained with items arriving one on top of another and a dinner item arriving before the appetizers had been consumed.The atmosphere is simple. mostly booths but adjoining booths were not really separated from each other with movement in one instantaneously transmitted to the other.I would say OK to a quick lunch or dinner bite after shopping but not for a serious dinner with friends.

Did we eat at the same place as the other reviewers who gave this place favorable reviews? And we ate here 4 years ago and it was good. But not now. Nothing close to authentic Vietnamese. And way too many overly cooked, stir-fried-greased-soaked-vegetables with a typical Chinese sauce all over them that made the meal taste bad. Fast. Not over priced. Nice servers.

Unfortunately they did not quite deliver, it was a bit pricey-$8.00 for a salad that was mostly chopped cabbage, My husband ordered a Korean rib sandwich (which is what drew us in) and pronounced it delicious. I had some sort of unmemorable sandwich. We felt that they really have some creative ideas; especially using some Korean dishes, and with a bit of attention to quality and quantity they could have a very enjoyable eating establishment

We are pretty hard to please when it comes to Chinese food but this place exceeded our expectations! IT WAS EXCELLENT! The portions were large, prices were small, food was amazing and very fresh. Often Chinese dishes are basically the same with different meat thrown into a pan of soggy vegetables that have been on the stove too long. This food was made right before us and tasted great. We went there twice in one week!
