Just north of Frankfurt at the foot of the Taunus Mountains, Bad Homburg has been treasured for its healing baths since the 19th century, when it hosted royalty from across Europe and the world. Of course they also came for its casino, sometimes called "the mother of Monte Carlo." Today, both the original Spa Park (or Kurpark) and the Bad Homburg Casino are still here, and visitors also enjoy Bad Homburg Castle and its White Tower. Just northwest of town is Saalburg, a restored Roman fort.

Why do we always return to this restaurant? Because we know that we will get good food, pleasant and friendly service and value for money! The portions are most generous and if you really find it too much doggy bags are given willingly. I love my crispy noodles with shrimps. I have great fun eating them with chopsticks. (If you want to use chopsticks you must ask, otherwise the normal cutlery is given.) We often have one of the soups, either Thai or Vietnamese that are very tasty. Usually, we finish our meal with leeches that slip down the throat easily and round off the meal.
Good mix and taste Sushi and Thai thx to the staff and cook he did make a special only for us. We will come sure again here.

Family owned restaurant and owners take great pride in food quality and presentation. The food always looks great and tasted fabulous. The best part is consistency---you will never get a bad dish. Trust me...I usually eat here every night when on business!

It's no wonder this place has no negative comments. We called in for something different. Really friendly staff and very accommodating. Massive prawn crackers and tasty too. I had the duck in black beans. We opted for chopsticks but ended up finishing conventionally with knife and fork. The food was well prepared and in good time. No faults at all. I'd definitely go again

If you like Thai Food, you must eat here! We had starters and main course and enjoyed both very much. Service was attentive, personnel helpful and the food was superb. We ate from the Thai selection, not the Vietnamese, but the quality is outstanding and it is authentic. You may adjust the seasoning to your taste buds and we recommend this as 'Eastern' hot is hot! The decor is wonderfully Thai, down to the hand carved tables and wall sculptures. It was a very pleasant experience and not too expensive. Try the Thai iced tea, but check out the sugar levels when ordering.

If you love sushi then this is the place for you but even if you are not particularly fond of it, you will find other appetising food to enjoy. It is a small place but nicely decorated in a simple and airy fashion. In good weather, there are tables outside. The servers are extremely polite and helpful in explaining the different dishes. We had the âEbi SpieÃeâ which was 6 prawns on 2 sticks in a delicious sauce. Then the Thun Teller with 5 thinly sliced grilled tuna with rice and salad. Very good. The salads are also excellent.

Ok, I've never been to Japan so I guess I don't know that, but Kai-OH has a great menu and prepares everything to perfection. Get out of Frankfurt and find your sushi in Bad Homburg!

It was our first visit and we were very impressed: excellent food. Actually, it isnât just noodles. There are spring rolls, soups and what we had as an appetizer, grilled chicken or shrimps or salmon on a skewer with Yakitori sauce. Very good. Then I had homemade noodles with lots of vegetables and topped with salmon. My husband has crispy duck (and it was crispy) with rice and vegetables. If you have room for dessert (the servings are large) try the baked banana. I had a mint and ginger tea served with a small bowl of honey, my husband had a Japanese beer. Everything was well presented, the service friendly. We will definitely go again. Thanks for your Feedback. Please try next time our homemade noodle varieties.Your Rikscha Team <3

From the minute we arrived till the minute we left, we were taken care of by a wonderful host family who made us feel right at home. Family Kim are warm, generous and clearly have hospitality in their blood. They know how to welcome you as a guest and make your stay a special one indeed. We had a sumptuous starter platter of sashimi and sushi, which was of outstanding quality and bursting with flavour. For mains we had Bulgogi and Bibimbap with all the trimmings and that too was outstanding. It was spiced just right and went down a treat. We were then treated by Family Kim to complimentary fried bananas and ice cream followed by cappuccinos. The generosity was really touching. What a lovely family run business that put their lives and heart into this restaurant.Highly recommended!!!
