Restaurant Olive Limes, Indian Dinning Rooms is a beautiful restaurant over two floors, a contemporary classic Morden room and the grand colonial suite 1st floor. Grandeur and opulence, style of colonial British India. Whether itâs a speedy dinner or rela

Very impressed. Lovely varied menu. Well cooked and good presentation.Nice atmosphere and the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was a lack of dessert menu, but I understand itâs early days for this venue and this will be something that will be happening in due course.Coffee was good though. The owners deserve to do well and I wish them success. Will definitely be returning.

Welcoming staff, operating as an enthusiastic attentive team. The whole place was spotlessly clean and within a few moments of a guest leaving, their table was fully refreshed. The menu was Asian and food quality superb, great flavours. The speed of providing drinks and then later food was very quick post order. They have a simple Traffic-light system for table status if you are paying attention (my wife was:-).I could not fault the entire experience at all. We were variously superbly served by Maddie, John, Tom and Emily. So many staff should equal chaos, but I sensed a serious attention to service in the management ethos. Top job all round!

It's lovely to have independent restaurants like this in residential neighbourhoods, and I hope that at some point, we may get establishments like this in Berryfields, as it's nice to see Fairford Leys has a really developed local community. The ambience here is not bad at all, and this restaurant is light and airy, and tables are fairly spaced...you can also sit at the bar for drinks or while you wait for food if you are getting a takeaway. The general feel is very relaxed which is really nice and the restaurant was buzzing on a busy Friday evening. For starters we were disappointed...the smoked chicken was deep fried and heavy, when we were expecting something more meaty like a nice juicy tikka chicken that you would get in an Indian restaurant. We also got the lamb with pancakes just to try something different to duck for once. This was appalling...it was 70% fat with barely any meat, when any meat served with pancakes should be 100% edible and not grissly. The mains were thankfully much, much better. The sizzling beef fillet steak was served impressively, with a tasty sauce, and cooked really well...it was definitely NOT fillet steak but it was a good cut of beef regardless! The chilli beef dish was outstanding too, cooked just right and again, really tasty. Was a bit annoyed with the coke I got served...you are paying a ridiculously elevated price for drinks and it was a hot summer's evening (at least 25c) and it was served warm and without ice! Not acceptable at all! And the service, while very efficient, can be a bit surly and not especially "warm" or "friendly"...a bit of good old fashioned customer service training could sort that out! Overall, this place has a lot of promise and they serve some really good food...they just need to get rid of the fatty, cheap nonsense off their menu, and ensure they serve everything with a smile then this place will be fab!

First time eating here and I was not disappointed. Service good, everyone really friendly and helpful. Amazing menu to choose from and I really enjoyed the starter and main I had. A nice touch with a free drink at end of meal, although I turned this down as I don't drink spirits. Will definitely go back and eat here again.Dear eph9,Thank you for your feedback.
