We enjoyed our evening last night at Bamboo Jacks on the way to the airport for a late flight home. This is a great restaurant. The fusion Asian food is excellent and was enjoyed by our whole family (including eight year old twins and ten year old). The service was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself is well fitted out and great. The restaurant was not full, but we would recommend going!!
